I was surprised I got at least a few players to stay with the game as long as they did.

Ya know, our satellite decoder went bork, when dad calls for support, the dang company said they don't provide support for old machine and recommend him to upgrade the more expensive package.
Which I regard them as greedy bastard, not good customer service.

My old cell phone needed a specific program for me to download pictures from it onto my computer. The program doesn't work with most newer computers, and they refuse to update it.
