Mostly when I roll for social posts I'm deciding what the NPCs will say/do. Of course, things get interesting if the NPCs crit or crit fail.

According to the NPC's our most intimidating member of the party is our cleric and our bard is just eye-candy (pretty usual for bards! not so much for orcs)

Yes, the NPC does feel that your bard is eye candy. And... the cleric -is- the most inimidating. As it should be. *misses her tiefling cleric*
