The pastiness is a side effect of my travels. Magic carpet rides do strange things to skin. Rest assured that once I am dressed, I shall regain my normal skin tone.

You're right that they're fairer than a lot of people in that area, particularly the ones that get photographed a lot (fairness is considered beautiful around there). But they're still not lilly white. Haha.

I burn and freckle. If I used a brownish marker to connect the dots, THEN I would have a tan.
