The Puppetmaster
Kiyoto

My name is:
Akio Yukimura

My friends call me:
He is often called by a proper title by most..dispite his dislike of it.

I was born here, so that makes me:
May 19th, Seventeen.

When love is on my mind:
Bisexual

Who's side am I on:
The Royal Family, Prince of Eternia and new recruit to the Order of Eternia.

The good and bad about me:
Akio is often said to take after his mother more than his father. He is a kind and gentle soul, generous and moddest in nature. He is often a bit on the quieter side, more reserved in his personality. His personality reflects a bit of how he was raised, in the sense that he knows his place in society and often is bound by that to submit to his father's will and his duty as the heir to the kingdom. He doubts himself a lot, due to the way he was rased and is uncertain about the future or how good he will be as king. Dispite this, he is strong willed and hearted. He gives his best at whatever he does, and will give his all for those he cares about. He is the type who finds it hard to stand by against unjust or evil things, such as the abuse of one's power, at times even with his father. He believes in peace and equality, one who prefers to work things out with other means than violence.

However, he knows there is both good and evil within the world, that some things can not be worked out with words alone. In this sense, he is willing to put his life on the line for his kingdom and those he cares about. He is refined due to his upbringing, one to hold himself with an air of royalty. He has very good manners, and is respectful in the way he acts and treats people. In this sense, he can get flustered or embarrassed by things that take him out of his comfort zone, or things that he is not used to facing. He is graceful and elegant by nature, having a slight feminine edge to him, while remaining a fine young man at the same time. He is warm and calm most of the time, not one to raise his voice or who is quick to anger. When he is angered, he becomes bolder, often speaking his mind and the like before his heart or his mind in all can catch up with him.

He often feels bad or embarrassed after, depending on what was said in the process. Though he is a prince, he can go from being high class, to casual and relaxed with ease. In this sense, he enjoys being active and a good laugh with friends. Dispite being royal, often times all of the reactions and treatment that go along with it embarass him and make him uncomfortable. He is often unsure of who he is as an individual, but is always eager to learn and try new things. He is patient and understanding, as well as a good listener. He has a more docile nature, more of a one not to assert himself, though he can be one to also take charge and be a natural leader. He is contradicting in his personality at times, and a bit mysterious as well. He is smart and cunning, able to think on his feet and react quickly. Being raised around books and tutors has given him a vast wealth of knowledge on many subjects about the world. He has little trouble helping others if needed, dispite their class, which makes him both loved and hated by many.

I am a force not to take lightly:
Akio's personality is a strength. His kind and just nature give him a good sense of democracy and being a mediator. His status in Eternia also give him an advantage, as prince. His vast knowledge make him a valuable ally, as does his surprisingly good skills in a fight. He knows how to defend himself, with a sword or using the world to his advantage. He inherited a rare ability that is said not to have been seen since the origional king, though he is unaware of it for the most part. He has a celestial familiar, he calls Mitsuo, which is able to generate a light shield, bless objects to give them a light power, and heal others. This familiar is linked to the unknown ability. He also has skills one might not think of in a prince, resourceful enough to handle himself as needed. The amulet from his mother seems to be a protection charm, which helps to protect him against evil. As long as he wears it, dark beings are unable to touch him without getting hurt.

I hate to admit it, but I'm not perfect:
Akio's personality can also be a weakness. His troubles with people and situations that push him outside his comfort zones can be a problem. His status in society can also be a weakness, as he is the heir to the kingdom. People expect things from him, and he is the only heir, so his life is of great value. At the same time, he is the face of the kingdom in many ways, and his actions reflect on his father. His more reserved, submissive nature can be a weakness, as well as a few other aspects of his nature. He seems to be more vulnerable to darker powers for some reason as well, though he has a greater resistance to demonic temptation.

My arsenol contains:
A blade passed down in his family through the generations. It belonged to the origional king, and is named Izanagi. He also is one to keep with him his familar, as well as a amulet that used to be his mother's.

My hopes and dreams drive me:
Akio seeks to do his kingdom good. He wants to become a king the people, and himself, can be proud of. He wants to do something with his life, some good that will benifit the kingdom for the better. At the same time, he wants to be more than his mere title. He does not only want to be seen as the vessal and heir for Eternia. He wants to make a name and a path for himself, and see what lies beyond merely his role he was born to.

The raw facts of my past are:
Akio was born to the king and queen of Eternia, this giving him the title of prince and heir to the throne. He was immediately a sign of hope and light to all in the kingdom, for it had been told before that the queen was unable to bear children after an accident with demons. Akio grew up in a sheltered enviornment. He was unable to go anywhere without a guard or two, and spent most of his childhood inside of the castle with tutors studying. When he was seven, his mother fell very ill, thought to be the effects of the demon attack catching up with her. He had always been close to his mother, the two of them going on walks and reading together. He and his father had been less close. He had learned from a young age to both fear and respect his father. His mother passed away soon after, leaving him under the care of his father.

Though as the man was busy with the kingdom and such most of the time, he became raised by the nannies and others within the castle. He learned a lot from the various people he met there. He still spent most of his time with tutors, and under strict rule. His father kept him on a short leash, still refusing to let him go out without guards. He became more of a son who was to be seen and not heard, governed by his father's choices for him. He followed his father's orders, and never talked back to him. As this went on for years, there was not much to his life to say about. Since the monistary where the Order trained was next to the castle, he would often watch the training and the Samurai from the castle there. He became fasctinated with them, and their work to do good and right by the kingdom.

His mother had always told him stories about the Samurai and the origional king. He saw them as a light for the kingdom, and something more for him. However, he knew his father would never approve. Growing up, he had never approved of the cast system. He saw the evil it did to people, and how it drove a hard wedge between the people of Eternia. He wanted to do more with himself. He also knew of demons and celestial beings, often left alone in the castle when the samurai went off to war or his father had to go to a neighboring kingdom. He saw some of them through the samurai's training, as well as as prisoners in the kingdom. He was also familiar with them due to the fact that his best friend growing up was a celestial familiar that had shown up in his crib the day he was born. No one knew why it was there, but it watched over and stayed with him.

He began working with a man who worked for the order, who began training him behind the scenes and his father's back. He learned the basics of a Samurai, since the other could not teach him much more out of him being a part of the order. It was to give him an idea of what he would be doing in training if he decided to enroll. Unfortunately, his father caught wind of what was going on, as he had eyes throughout the kingdom. Akio was forbidden to have anything to do with the Samurai, and became even on a tighter leash. He was watched at all times, and more controlled than before. He refused to give up however, and continued to try and persuade his father to allow him to try his hand at it. Finally, the two came to a deal. Akimo would have till the age of eighteen, a year, to train as a samurai. If he proved himself good enough, he would be free to persue it if he desired.

However, if he failed or gave up, he would agree to willingly submit himself to his father's will without any further argument. He agreed, and was allowed to enroll in the upcoming recruitment of the Order. As he prepared for the upcoming recruitment, he understood that he would have to keep up with his duties as prince as well on top of it. Since he was prince, he would be able to return home and go around as needed or commanded on orders. However, he understood as a Samurai, he would also still be under the order of his father. He wanted to do something with his life however, and this was the chance he needed to begin in that direction. The rumors of his choice began to spread, and it had mixed reactions. People both approved and disapproved of it at the same time. Akio was unphased by all of it, determined to prove himself and carve his own path.

Only one thing left to say:
To show his independence from his father and his own path, he has currently taken on the last name of his mother. Though should he lose their agreement, he has agreed to take on his father's last name once more.
