Well that is understand able you did have to wake up early. so I don't blame anyone how wakes up early go to bed early tonight.

When I don't have to work, I love not being up before the sun!

I like to wake at noon.

That's a great time to sleep until. A few times when I was sick, I slept for pretty much the full day.

I also love to sleep in sometimes I won't wake till 5pm. but not this week I got take care of my mom's dogs. plus her garden while she is away on vacation. won't be back till Saturday which is okay.

I could never sleep as late as 5. I feel groggy if I go to 1.

Me too, though I have a limit.

The last time I stayed up until sunrise, I was very much in deep in a 4X game. Civ4, as I recall.

I went to bed around 6am today not good. the sun was bugging me a few times besides my dog.

It's too hard to sleep after the sun comes up and if I'm still up then, it's because I've been tossing and turning for hours.

With the help of melatonin pills and/or Neuro Sleep, which has melatonin in it, it comes slightly easier. Good pieces to know when you're made to work third shift.

I take melatonin sometimes but not all of the time.
