Yeah... that always annoyed me. Because the one mod I used was the woodcutting mod. I was so sick and tired of cutting trees but it's never up to date.

There was a mod for a paintings menu, so that you could pick exactly the painting you wanted, instead of having to put them up over-and-over-and-over again. I miss that mod a lot. >_<

I would also really love to play with Biomes O'Plenty again too; there are so many beautiful biomes in that mod, it makes the landscape so much more exciting. Lots of new kinds of wood to build with, new ores... *sigh*

There is an app called MultiMC which lets you set up multiple installations of minecraft, and different versions. I have a 1.7.10 version in there with Biomes installed in it. These are all the biomes it has: https://imgur.com/a/jDVGa

I would play with that more often, but I find single-player too lonely; I'm all about multiplayer now.

I was briefly on a server that had it, but it went down for unknown reasons and never came back. u_u

Seems how most things go. Either the game gets dull or they vanish and stop hosting. =/
