Oh no, Star :( how to make the pork chops tender again?

I made breakfast burritos for dinner. I made some rice and scrambled eggs and make yummy burritos...that were actually too much for me to finish. Eyes bigger than my stomach.

It was delicious. And I am sorry to report that I did not win the lottery. I didn't even have any numbers Ah well. I had a better chance of getting bit by a mutant lightning sharknado than winning, but it was a nice little fantasy!

yeah well now I'm up for the night, the room mate doesn't trust him so one of us has to be up with him here and unfortunetly its me..never mind i had just gotten to sleep.. 'grumbles'

I took an extra day off to spend in bed at the beginning of the week. It was mostly because the days were so stressful and understaffed, it was doing me no favors, so I just stayed home.
