ooh, that is very nice!! i did an experiment where i sat in different colored rooms, where the walls and the carpet and even the lights were all just one color. we had to monitor what emotion(s) each room made us feel, and blue made me feel sleepy, calm & relaxed and green had me bouncing off the walls i was so happy and giddy! i couldn't stop giggling.

that sounds like the bets experiment ever

it was such a good experiment. i actually did it twice, once again a year later. same results, but i went into it with less skepticism that time so the emotions i felt that time were hightened, even, bc my ego wasn't getting in the way. i did it almost 15 years ago now and i still remember each room so freshly... definitely one of the coolest things i've ever done.

it was at the Shambhala center in Colorado; our middle school used to take the 7th graders on a field trip there to learn about Buddhism, but our class also got to go in 8th grade bc they were able to get Native American guest teachers for us and Shambhala rented us their center.

i'm all good, hummy, but thank you. it was nice having all the EIs separate to be able to pick & choose things that i like better than others. you better BELIEVE i got 2 sets of all the lanterns tho. (one for muley Anna <3)
