I never finished the show, but the books are really good. Very long, mind, but very good!

I think I watched the first two seasons with my ex and then gave up, it was not really my thing plus I don't watch that much TV.

The books are quite a bit better, still a lot of death of course but something about them didn't bother me as much.

I just finished book number eight today: "Watch Over Me" by Nina LaCour. It's a very haunting kind of book and almost made me cry at the end.

I really really liked her first book that I read. I think it was called "We Are Not Okay". It was also a very emotional book. This one was also good but a bit harder for me to get into at first.
Yesterday I finished book #11 this year! I think I'm definitely on track to have a record-breaking year of reading if I keep on at this pace.

I just finished book number twelve yesterday on my flight from Jacksonville to Dallas so I left it on a seat in the Dallas airport, hopefully someone else will pick it up and enjoy it!

I've been reading a YA romance titled Wren Martin Ruins It All about an asexual boy. X3 It's in first-person and his personality is hilarious. XD

It's about the life of a bastard child of a noble Japanese woman and an American soldier. I'm not sure how much to give away but the different sufferings and joys of her life.

You'll have to let me know what you think. The ending is pretty contested.

I didn't agree with the main character's decision at the end to be honest but I can see why she made it. I'm definitely curious what you think!

I've added a few more books to my list that I've been working through. I've got twelve different books on my "currently reading" list right now. I should really probably try to focus on some specific ones but...where's the fun in that?

I dunno, I just read some of this one and then some of that one and so on. They're all different kinds of books too so I guess that helps.

I just finished book number 20. It was "None of This is True" by Lisa Jewell. The book format was interesting. I listened to the audiobook and it went back and forth between the main characters and podcast episodes that they had recorded. The ending was pretty wild, I'm still not sure what to make of it really...
