Yeah...I think it was just assumed as "typical" from what Cricket's character had seen in the past, not necessarily a rule. After all...in real life, some people will survive one near-death experience and then get shot walking away, and others never have another serious accident for the rest of their lives...though in real life, I doubt people die on schedule. :sweat:

But yeah, I figured it seemed like a general estimate more than a rule.

The way i read it seemed like this was going to happen for every human and that didn't make sense for me considering that the people not dying is not suppose to be happening. If there was a set 2 week rule it'd seemed like the higher ups approve of such things, which seem very unlikely.

However, if it was just what pattern was seen by the character, as FullMetal mentioned, i think that would make more sense.

It meant that since they were young, Brodie and Hideto's names wouldn't appear on Andrew or Shozii's lists for another two weeks, and hopefully wouldn't appear on anyone else's lists. That wasn't meant to apply to everyone.

Also, someone's character said something (sorry, I can't remember whose character) about everyone was once human. Andrew and Shozii were never human. =S

And (In my storylines, regardless of being in a roleplay or just being written on paper) Shozii was the first known reaper, and by the oldest of the reapers (and Andrew) is generally called "Death."

Yeah. Shozii's the living embodiment of death, Andrew is the living embodiment of life. Hence why they're polar opposites. But you'll notice that they actually stick together pretty well, and when not dealing with life or death situations, they get along just fine.

Anyways. I'm really sorry I wasn't online earlier. I passed out waiting for Phantom to post, and woke up about half an hour after Meko posted. Then I managed to turn off my computer and went back to sleep.

Woke up a couple times, but not fully enough to get back online. Then when I finally woke up all the way I found out that my boyfriend was spending the night and had already curled up next to me a few hours previous.

That was funny. ^^;; So I had to wait a while to drag my laptop out, because he has this horrible tendency of kicking it in his sleep, and my gran is asleep, so I don't want to leave my room because I don't want to bother her.

Anyways, I'm online until my boyfriend wakes up. When he wakes up, I'll undoubtedly be dragged away from my computer and forced to go outside, because he likes to force me to leave the house. ^^;;

Edit: Here's some OOC information that only the characters (and a ton of NPCs) who have interacted enough with Andrew to know his first and last name can use. So that's basically just True, Phantom, and Aeschylus. Anyone who encounters Andrew long enough to find out at least that he's a doctor with the last name of Cozu can learn this information, but only after interacting with him and then doing some online searching.

Anyways, let's get right down to it.

If anyone were to do an online search for him, the first things to pop up would of course be his credentials, etc, papers he's written and submitted, places of employment, degrees, etc etc etc.

Anyone who looks past the first dozen pages of results or so, will find a few conspiracy-like websites/blogs.

Basically, people who have known Andrew, whose parents and/or grandparents have known him etc, are teaming together to find out everything they can about him. They have dozens of pictures of him, all from different times, some over a hundred years old. In all of the pictures, he seems to have only aged about ten years over the course of the photographs and with his current appearance.

Even in black and white pictures, his eyes always seem to stand out, even though you can't see their color. His hair length varies, but is always the same color.

People who've known Andrew for generations are curious as to why this is. And there are people from all over the world who've submitted information on him. Always, he can be found as a doctor, though his specialty varies until within about the last twenty or so years, when it's remained anything to do with the head and brain, and in the last ten years he's been highly regarded as one of the best neurosurgeons.

In some of the pictures, Shozii can also be seen. In the beginning of the pictures, there are several of them together, Andrew looking about eighteen and Shozii looking about thirteen. As time passes, Shozii seems to age a little slower than Andrew does.

One of the websites is called "The mystery of Andrew Cozu," and actually has a set of forums (it's also the website with the pictures and the most information). There are a couple hundred members, but it's not like something huge or anything. It's mainly for people to talk about their encounters with the strange doctor. Something that can be noticed pretty quickly is that a lot of these people were either saved by Andrew, or their parents, grandparents, etc were saved by him, whether it was being saved from a freak accident, or being saved in a hospital.

However, there's very little information on Shozii, just a few pictures (mainly with Andrew) and only his first name. Very few of the people have encounter him, and when they do, it always has something to do with Andrew.

So basically, anyone who finds out this information after just having met Andrew would most likely be a bit freaked out.

When you first enter the website, it's only a page with the name of it, and then the words, "If you've stumbled across this, odds are you've encountered him too." And then underneath it is a question that asks, "Have you met Dr. Andrew Cozu?" with a yes or no option. If you click yes, it lets you into the website. If you click no, then it stores your IP address and refuses to let you access anything, and the resulting message is, "If you haven't encountered him, then you have no right to our information."

Yeah. Just thought I'd let you know. Plus, it throws everyone a bone and allows them to find out that Andrew's a "Freak Job," as humans would put it. Lol. And actually, this was part of one of my stories that revolves around him and Shozii. So I might as well let it be part of the roleplay. -Shrugs-

No need to apologize for length(Well, I don't have a problem with it. As far as anyone else is concerned....well, it's my rp, so my opinion's the only one that matters. XD Kidding.), you have a very well developed character :mrgreen: which is always good.

And yeah, I generally get off the computer at seven thirty in the morning and get back on at four. How long I stay on depends on how long my siblings will let me :roll: Weekends I'm usually online in the morning until some time in the afternoon.

The biggest earthquake I've experienced was about four years ago, it just made the house shake for a few seconds. It was scary but not that bad. Tornadoes sound scary as Hell, though.:shock:

@Jelly: I was just going to ask you if you thought we had enough people, or if more people have sent you a pm to join, because the balance of reapers to everyone else still seems grossly unbalanced. At first i was thinking of making another human character, but maybe we need more angels as well. So what do you think, do we have enough existing or potential characters?

Yeah, several of the role play's members have decided to quit. I would keep my eye on the character list, what with its current state of fluctuation. Also the Rules, since I've been tweaking them a bit.

Well, we could always use more characters I think. But we probably need more humans more than angels, no need for more saviors if there aren't that many to save. :)
