Ohhkay, two days ago, I had a bad day, in Philosophy class, my teacher noticed I was drawing and took away my draft notebook. I felt really bad, first, because I've never been treated like that, second, because for me my draft notebook is as important as my index finger, and third, because I can't concentrate if I'm not doing something with my fingers [and teachers can't stand noise >.>]. Then I had to run like never before in my life for a phisical test at school [considering I'm overweight, it was HELL]. So, when I fell asleep, I had a dream I wouldn't forget.
I was in a classroom, and there was nothing on my desk, instead I had a scissor in my felt hand. For some odd reason I decided to cut my fingertips o_o'' It was like cutting clay and didn't bleed o.Ô Then left them on my desk ^^v Then, on my desk there was the "dried" outer layer of my skin, which for another odd reason, I didn't recognize and ate >.>'' Then after chewing them for some time, and noticing it was a hard as chewing leather, I thought about my fingertips.. and well 2+2=4, I was horrified xP
Then I felt like there was a lot of water in my mouth, and I wanted to spit, I went to the door and there were 2 trash cans at the sides, so spitted half here and the other half there [I seem to be a really nasty person huh?] but then there was more water coming from my throat and I was feeling really dizzy, I could feel my throat drying, but a lot of water in my mouth, and started threwing up water! o_O I ran to the bathroom [which for another odd reason I knew where it was] and found my Spanish teacher at the hall and tried to cry for help by shouting "I'm dehydrating!" ... okay, anybody would have said "I'm dying!" or something but...
She couldn't understand me as I had water on my mouth [and couldn't pronunciate the whole word >.>] so I just ran past her worried face to the bathroom. If it was the girl's bathroom [since there were like 6 girls], what was my Religion teacher doing there? o.ô I couldn't think much since I was still threwing up water, I felt like drying, and it was horrible. The rest of the dream is just plain weird, so I'll stop here ^^v If you want to know PM me xP

yesh, omg yes, there was this one time I dreamt I had to keep getting ready for school and then when I was done I woke up but I wasn't really awake but it continued so after alot of time I siad screw it and didn't go to skool that day ^-^

yes I was at a camp near a river and I fell of the clift and landed on sharp rocks at the bottom but I could still hear the rest of the girls talking, and noone cared that I died, and they never came to found me

The longest scariest dream I ever had was this;

For some reason my best friends parents moved back to the Philippines and left her the house, I know that house like the back of my hand. So my best friends, Kiwi and Mango, and myself all move in to help pay for bills. Pretty smart for a dream huh? Well we decide to have a party in celebration of our new home. We each invite some of our friends and it is just this cool little pool party thing. But I don't remember the party part much really. All I remember is for some reason everyone was becoming extremely scared. So we all run inside and lock all the doors and window on both floors of the house.

So now we're all locked inside and shivering in fear, of what I do not know. But one of my good friends is in DIRE need of a cigarette and he takes my brother (also his friend) and someone else with him upstairs to crack a window. Well both guys come back down, without my brother. I ask,

"Where's Michael?" and they tell me he came back down. He never made it back. He just vanished. I turn to see if anyone else is missing and Mango and her girlfriend are both missing. We all start to panic and the other (faceless) guy who was with my brother and friend runs back upstairs to find my missing brother and he too disappears.

Slowly but surely all of the guest start to disappear. Only myself and Kiwi are left. I start to panic and run upstairs. I see a random door that I'd never seen before and I open it. (I don't know why there would be a door I don't know in a house I all but live in already, but hey! It's a dream.)

I wake up screaming from the dream every time I go to open the door. It's rather scary....

Yes. It involved needles and I was five or six. Another scary dream for the history books.

Oddly, witnessing clear water in your dream is a good omen.

I had a bad dream just lately as well. Although I didn't have a bad day; I had a great day, and a wonderful night. It just incorporated that day into the dream, which made it all the stranger. In the end, I was crying in my dream. So silly and absurd; I should really toughen up. :sweat:

Hmm I associate the drying part with sweating while running >.> I don't like sweating, specially since I don't drink enough water and tend to "dehydrate" x_x...
... however I like swimming :3 It's the only sport I like ^_^ And sheesh who isn't scared of drowning? xD

I have indeed. It's quite amusing too. I start off playing neoquest from neopets. (No kidding_ But then I'm the character Talina or Velm. I can't remember and then I go into a haunted house and odd things ensue like me trying to fit into a tiny corner for no reason. Then I run into a lake and grab a tree branch swing out and swing back to safety and this fat Jewish man (Don't ask how I know he was Jewish) runs after me tries to do the same thing and runs into the water. Then they start rushing the children inside and since this was when I was about 13 I obviously go inside. There I meet my friends as the men battle with spears and airplanes against Godzilla. I hide in a tiny room above a are really small lap pool with my friends then Lilo from Lilo and stitch brings Godzilla in the house because she has tamed him. I honestly don't know how he got so small he could fit in the house though and then we all go to school and Godzilla turns into a 13 foot boy and we all fall into a ditch. Then I wake up.

I've felt close to dying in dreams before, but I never actually died, although other people in my dreams did.

Oddly enough i remember my dreams almost perfectly when i have very vivid ones. I remember some from elementary school and pre school and i have reoccurring ones too. But i've had some interesting new ones which i will share. Now for the questions :D

Yes, my latest was i was driving home after shooting this TV show at my school (which actually happened that day my town is known for having movies shot in it... it's weird) and apparently i was a part of it. But i'm driving home and it's dark... like REALLY dark and no-ones cars lights will turn on and there is like no light at all like overwealming darkness. So somehow i get home and for some strange reason there is light and there is this pond behind my house (which is true) and i'm on the stairs and there are all of these people looking around like police and ambulances and everything. So i'm standing on my stairs outside and looking at this and I notice a bus has driven into the pond and they are trying to save the people but no-one has survived and there are all of these severed limbs especially a lot of legs with shoes still on them piled up on my lawn. Now naturally i'm freaking out about this and i look over at the pond and see a very pale person leap out of the watter like a dolphine and then is gone back into the water. I try to tell someone but no-one listens. So i'm going back into the house and look at the pile of limbs and there is this one hand stroking at half of a child stroking it's head... and then i woke up!

^_^ that does have to be the most twisted dream i ever had... ever....

I had a dream that i died, i drowned; woke up in a cold sweat and screaming

another one was i was so upset that i cut all of my veins out of my wrists and bled to death

another was the worst, i was pushed off of a cliff and landed on the rocks below and woke up crying and in a cold sweat. I could see my body mangled and bloodied up. It was nasty!

that next day i had my sketch book with my comic design started in it taken away. I was so peeved, i had to go to the office at the end of the day just to see that there were coffee stains all over the drawings and pencil marks, that Douche erased more than half of my drawings!!!! that makes me soo angry still!

Jeez mangg.. how can you hate sports? There's nothing more pure in the world than sport competition.

Anywayy, I've never died in a dream. I've been chased by every sort of creature, but have never died. I've been badly mutilated though.

And aww, that sucks about getting your notebook taken away. When I get things taken away, I guess I don't really mind it.. it's just embarrassing for about two or three minutes.

A long dream. Sheesh mine aren't long enough. I barely even remember my dreams. Have I ever "died" in a dream? No...I always survived the circumstances somehow. Close to dying? No. I've felt blind in dreams and because I couldn't open my eyes in a dream. Those were the most irritating. The only way I could open my eyes in the dream was if I opened them IRL, and that wasn't gonna happen. Sports are ok. I only run track, which keeps me in good shape. Insane? Maybe a little, but which Philosophist wasn't?

This reminds me of a long dream I had with some aliens and I remember I was with Luke Skywalker and we had to go somewhere and the police where after him. Then I had to get a ride to some important little kid's house. It was detailed and something happened to Luke where people were in a crowd looking down like he died or something.
I had a different dream where at the end these guys are ripping up my insides and I see a little bit. Worst dream.
One other dream I was in some town that was next to the ocean. When I walked in with some friends, family, and I we are in the townsquare. There is a group of people just standing. The game is simply if you don't get shot by the army guys you win. There is only one winner and in the end he gets to be in the next game. Now I got terrifed and I went by the ocean to leave or wake up. I somehow got into town and I saw my friend stuck in the American Girl headquarters or something. They are getting their hair done and they are yelling. I go in with a different friend and we get trapped. When you go in you have to work for American Girl and you can not leave. We all want to get out and I know it's a dream. There are windows and doors but no one outside can see or hear you. I go next to the window, turn into a dragon, fly out, fly a tiny bit and then wonder how to get my friends out. I think they get out by the window because I went through it. I found my grandma and told her about how bad it is there. I remember it's a dream so I close my eyes really hard, like I always do to wake up, and I flicker my eyes open in real life.
Those are some of my long dreams and I don't think you are insane but that you had a horrible dream.
