I have to admit I am... I search for my friends posts and go and stalk the threads they post in :)

I think it's a great way to find stuff to post in, especially if you have a lot in common with another user/friend.

Other than that, usually I don't post stalk people,
unless it's a friend I haven't seen in a while
or people whose posts annoy me or make me curious.

I post stalk myself sometimes too :) I don't use the subscription thing yet though. I've always avoided them because I usually get so annoyed.

I guess now is as good a time as any to try though :)

aye but vbulletin's subscriptions is awesome. You can create folders and have them organized and everything.

Example: I have a main subscription folder for random threads I subscribe to, then there's a folder for threads you've started, threads I've started, hangout threads and shop threads when I'm trying to buy something and want to keep tabs on the offers a specific item is receiving.

Try it out, if you don't like it you can always unsubscribe from the threads and go back to no subscriptions at all ;)

which I intend to purposely stalk. xD

it makes subscriptions easier doesn't it? I love it. At first I wasn't that impressed but after I started using folders I quickly fell in love with the idea and use it constantly!

Do the updates get emailed to you as well or just go into the folders? I guess I'll give it a try and find out :D

You can make it so the notification
will goes directly to your email too,
but I don't use it because I'm always on Mene
so I rather check my subscription folders regularly
than having my inbox to be over- flooded. xD

If I post in places and see someone else often posting in the same areas, I may become curious and look at their statistics. There are a few people who, while I don't stalk them, I do peep in on their posts. If you happen upon people with shared topic interests, I would say by all means look where else they post. I do it with gold in mind, and friendship, more than nosiness. If I find better topics to post in, and a lot, then of course I'll go for it, because that just means, "hey, gold!" And that is the point after all, in much of this, for me.

I do actually post stalk my friends once in awhile, not just here but on pretty much every avatar site they're on. :insane:

I can't say I do it to random people though.

I'd post stalk a person only if there was a hilarious post of theirs and I wanted to read that again and again.

nah, mods don't HAVE to post stalk, not unless a troll strolls through menewsha and needs to be monitored, they're pretty much like us in the sense they can follow whoever they want, they just get the extra task of fixing things when we mess up hehe

I stalk peoples mothers. Does that count?

I don't purposely post stalk people...we just so happen to be in the same threads a lot, especially during events. I've been post-stalked before too, but again, I don't think it was planned. Or was it? Dun-dun-dun!

No actually. I've never done it before but hm...I guess I am a little surprised so many people do it. I guess curiousity does kill but I'd say I'm too lazy to do such things.

I have to say I do it less now.
I kinda stick to my Hangout and Charity threads now.

It's much easier to earn gold in them :P

I post stalk random people who have distant links to my friends. When I say distant links, I mean very distant links.;) But I can't help it. I try and stop myself but I'm so nosy my nosiness gets in the way.:)
