I'm sorry to hear that. It is sometimes hard to find places to chat. I think it's really just finding someone who is online at the same time as you. It's obviously easier to chat when people are online to respond to you.

xD That's a good idea. I don't have a mule so my gold count is the amount of gold that I have at the time. It does get very tempting sometimes to go and spend it especially when the gold count gets large.

I know you aren't the first person to tell me that. I've been told how handy having a mule is. Perhaps one day I will. But even if I did I wouldn't be guaranteed that gold becasue I would have to spend twice as long on playing the games. But yeah, maybe on day.

It does get tempting when your gold count rises. You see it sitting there and start to think to your self well, I could buy this or that with it. I know how it is. xD But I'm normally pretty good about it and generally don't spend my gold until I get the items that I want.

and as soon as i have the gold for them its hard to quest for anything bigger. cause i normally buy the other stuff..
i have always been a really bad quester.

I used to be like you also then I realized that if I just held onto the gold for a little longer that I would be able to get the more expensive items that I wanted.

What would happen with me is that I would go for the less expensive items first and then when I would go to get the more expensive items they would have inflated like crazy. So now I try to get the bigger items first if possible.

Though with Mene I kind of did it all at the same time, saving the more expensive item for last. The reason behind that though was becasue I know I'm going to have a hard time finding a seller. So I figured that I would get the items that had sellers for them first before the item prices get any higher.

i guess that makes sense
i just go with, if i find a seller and they have an item(s) i want i ask if they can hold them and then try to make up the gold.
mene is the only place i have really quested my other sites i have just kinda found a place to hang out and go with the flow.
I start up threads and just chat
i like to run charities and i hope to run one here someday
which is one reason i'm so into questing
if i have a ton of items then it would be easier to run a charity
i made the mistake of opening a charity on roli the day i started soo by the time i make the gold i'm giving it away and i have run behind sooo much because of it..

That's sweet of you. Yeah, in order to run a charity you obviously have to have items or gold to help others out. I don't know how others do it. I've never run one myself but I always think it's neat and very nice of others to want to help someone out.

That's a shame. It does seem that way though. I'm sorry to hear that. But I guess you can always try and make a charity here one day when you're ready. At least that one was a learning experience and you now know better what to do and what not to do. I can't offer any suggestions because like I said I've never run one.

i'm post happy when it comes to running threads. i have 3 whole page reserved in that charity and most of them are used and the rest are going to be if i ever finish updating it.

because of how much crap i had i had to move and when i moved i saved extra extra posts so i would have to move again. then there was this big glitch and i almost had to move again anyway. tons of threads were ruined. all the posts people were posting went to the front of each thread they were posted in because a mod deleted a huge charity.

Ah, so you mean an exchange thread? Yes, that's what they are called here. I love how on different sites there seems to be a totally different language for each one. It's kind of funny. Such as Donation Items, Contribution Items, or Monthly Collectibles. Different words for essentially the same thing.

Why would you be indebted to me? Because I'm silly and randomly give away stuff to people? If you don't want them that's cool but I like trying to help others out when I can. But if it makes you uncomfortable then I won't. Just let me know. Either is cool with me.
