I has no money so don't expect anything but i really need a picture. I need a manga style picture of a band person.
It's a girl with jet black hair that goes just below her chin. she has long bangs that are dyed neon green and parted at the middle. Her eyes are a lime green color and kinda big and sparkly. The Girl's hair is kinda messy and a bit tangled. Her skin is kinda tan, and her frame is average. She wears a black choker with rhinestones in it around her neck and black and silver bangles around her wrists. Black on her right and silver on her left. the girl wears a black spaghetti strap top and a white jacket. The jacket is short, coming down just below her chest, with a hood and long sleeves. the girl wears long pants taht are wide at the bottom and have many sterling silver chains on the waist from the hip to the center. She wears boots with many silver buckles on them.
She should look about eighteen.
The background should be a stage and she should be holding a guitar that is black and white.

I think she means for example, there are many kinds of 'kinda big and sparkly', and you could provide picture(s) to show what you mean as well ^^

*nods* Yep, visual example. At least provide some picture references for certain details so the artists could get a better picture of what you want. If you want something very specific, then visual references help.

Unless, of course, you would like it to be up to the artist's imagination.
Even with the somewhat detailed descriptions, but say, you mentioned that the hair is parted in the middle, but in what kind of style? There are many middle-parted hair styles, and if you wish for a specific style, a picture reference would be very helpful. Does that make any sense? =D

Yes it makes alot of sense. It's kind of up to the artist. As long as its like that kind of description at least a little bit I'm good.
