Weren't orchids for the Jubilee one?
Although, I think the most expensive Celes item would probably be around there. They don't tend to be over 1k after returning to normal price (except for those dresses/wings from Jubilee)

The Jubilee one had some expensive items; I think the wings were 120 buds. Celes I don't remember too well because I missed most of it.

Yeah it took me for ever to get the pair I did through that event

I'm not totally sure how I feel about the bats. Kinda cute, nothing to write home about though.
