Kay I'll try my best to explain this lol
I don't know if it's school or just how I live but or that I'm just stressed BUT
I'm so tried of the pop songs on the radio these days,
I freaked out in a friend's car a couple of days ago
when Katy Perry's Hot 'N Cold started playing for the hundredth time
it's not like I don't like that song, i'm so tired of hearing repeated things.
and the songs on my iPod are beginning to get old & extremely boring T.T'
I need some new ones, different songs, bands
or whatever suggestion you may have for me :D

So yea, please help me out by listing a few songs/artists here that you like? :shock:
I prefer rock and not screaming or heavy mental
ummm to list a few...I listen to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Metro Station, Boys like Girls, Hedley, The Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, you know, that kind of stuff.
& I still listen to U2 xP, Metric and a bit of Paramore.

I don't listen to stuff on the radio, but I can only imagine how annoying it must get after ten billion plays. It's nice to hear you're branching out!

If you like the Killers, you might like the Strokes or the Switches. You may like Modest Mouse, Cute is What We Aim For, Anberlin, the Cranberries, and Flyleaf, too. Those bands are a mixture of indie pop and alternative rock, so it may be just up your alley...or not. Hope you find some stuff you like! :)

Oh, I know exactly how you feel. When I'm in the car with my parents, and I don't have my iPod, I always put on the radio, and the same songs always come on. It gets pretty annoying after a while.

Anywho, I have a few bands that I [think] you'll like.

So, you already listen to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, which is great because they're amazing. Especially their one song called, "Face Down." You should hear the acoustic version, too, if possible. It's very well done. Metro Station is already a very good band, along with Boys like Girls, and Hedley. Okay, well, Alexisonfire is a very good band, too. I love their music. I'm sure you've heard about Panic! At the Disco as well, yeah? They're good as well. Rise Against also has a wide variety of good music.

Daughtry, City and colour, Matchbook Romance, The Last Goodnight, I set my friends on fire, Saosin, Chiodos, Madina Lake.

That's all I can think of right now, but if I find more, I'll post 'em here.:)

I agree with Addie, about Rise Against. :3 You might also like Billy Talent, Hadouken!, Fightstar, and Finger Eleven. I could totally go on, but I'd just end up listing every artist in my iTunes. xD
