Yeah, it's kinda scary to swallow when you can't feel if your food is chewed up enough. xD

I'm addicted to all kinds of French Toast... i'm also addicted to French Vanilla Cappuchinos even though I don't like coffee. And French fries... XD <3 I think i'm just addicted to French things in general.

All semester, nearly every Thursday, I had to fry french fries. And clean up the frier afterwards. -.-;

And the gyros at my school look icky... and we can't determine what kind of meat they use. O.o;

Okay, yeah, I probably wouldn't like frying fries in an actual fryer. I just cut potatoes up and cook them in oil in a skillet. ^_^

I knew I spelled fryer wrong... Anyway, yes, it is a pain to do it with an actual fryer. You have to be super careful otherwise you'll get burned... Though a lot of frying oil hits in very small quantities. And people are piggies >.<;

Gyros are supposed to be lamb or a lamb/beef mixture.

And I did the same thing with a friar only it was tacos instead of fries... LOL.

I used to work at a mexican restaurant which is the equavalent of Taco Bell only when I first started working there it was a LOT better because it was mainly made from fresh ingrediants. Though as they got bigger they started using precut and pre-prepared stuff. S'Called Taco Bueno.

I just can't seem to picture using a fryer to fry tacos... ^^:

Maybe that's how the meat gets so disgustingly oily? o.O

Well the meat being oily depends on how it's cooked. LOL

As far as the tacos go there are metal pieces we'd use to hold the shells in place while they were being fried... it took FOREVER... espically if you were making them for a store that got over $2 mil in sales one of the years I worked there.

I'll be honest, I really don't go out and eat tacos... Just not usually my food of choice... I'm more of a quesadilla fan anyway. XD
