Hahaha gotta love those kinda conversations. I end up doing that to my brother in law allot. Down side is sometimes I come off as overly patronizing so continues to argue the point regardless.

Yeah... I do that with my brother, too. Like the time that he said that "if the homeless weren't all retarded, they would be able to find places to live." A statement that, although true in a very, VERY obtuse sense, was horribly offensive to someone who:
a, worked with the homeless.
b, suffers from one of the common afflictions that homeless persons share.

Sometimes, you're just better off saving the argument by not saying anything. I don't correct him when he uses the word 'gay' inappropriately, and he doesn't... well... he just kind of ignores me regardless of what I do, so it doesn't matter anyhow.

With this particular argument, though, I had to remind myself that my friend is from a backwater town in OK. >>

"excuse me how much is this?" everywere i went and its bad because wallmart is already normally crowed and on christmas its like all heck broke lose

The biggest trouble I have with my brother in law is pointing out how hypocritical he can be on certain things. For example, he doesn't believe in marriage and is ok with people sleeping with whomever they want, but thinks it's horribly unreasonable when I say I don't feel the need for monogamy to be part of a loving connection as long as it's clearly stated and presented in a way so that no one gets hurt. Also, he's ok with my sexuality, but totally disgusted with his brothers (my soon to be x husband. We're both completely middle of the road bisexual. Worked out fantastically for a long while till Zane got greedy and decided he just wanted to do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted outside of the confines of our mutual interactions with others) He's one of those people that will complain to high heaven about politics and what needs done but never gets off his ass and does anything to make a difference, etc etc etc.

Basically what that all boiled down to is I hate it when people complain about things they don't fully understand and aren't willing to try to understand just for sake of hearing themselves talk.

Sweets spent 2 hours sleeping on the floor on Saturday morning cause she was to lazy to move to the carpetand now her right side hurts and she has bruises all down her right thigh and hip :( they really hurt *cries*

she was lying on the floor talkig to his gf while she was on the couch and we both passed out. But today my friend Tom was saying I should have joined him in the double bed cause I wouldn't have gotten hurt hahaha

Its times like those that I'm glad that our couch is made of two futon matresses. xDD

I found that when I didn't have a bed, I had a significant less desire to sleep. That was not beneficial at all for me when it came to working in a warehouse...

Aha yeah wEll I did start out on a matress for an gir or two but than we woke up at about 6 after going to sleep for an hour or two and than fell passed out big time! We died that night! We didn't get to sleep the first time until about 4 and even than we didn't sleep properly

Though, honestly, it sounds like the kind of nights my roommate Joel has been having for the past month. So... maybe not so awesome. >______>

His boyfriend and his friend Trip were both evicted at the beginning of the month, so they're staying in his room. Apparently, the only way Trip, Will, and Joel know how to pass time together is by drinking large quantities of really bad gin and copious amounts of pot. And while...y'know... a lifestyle is a lifestyle and I don't really care either way what they do with their spare time... our tiny three-bedroom apartment is starting to smell an awful lot like bad decisions. That, and the smoke has been flaring up my bronchitis... and if they're spending all their income on salvia and pot, its not going towards finding a new place to live. And I would prefer not to have our landlord come in and see that we're housing two extra idiots and STILL not making rent every single month. >_>

Ohs! Those kind of 'partiers' hmm I couldn't handle that. Drinking is fun every now and than, I mean Saturday was the first time I've gotten drunk in ages. But that's a bit far! All the time is a bit much, and with so much pot. It's not healthy
