"And Cyan is...the guy I met on the beach. Yeah he seems like the type of guy that would get into fights alot." Though the only thing she was basing that off of was the fact that the guy was a blue haired demon working on a ship in waters that pirates traveled through.

"Eh, he likes instigating. But he's not the one yelling. That's our current ship mate, Cadence. He has a horrible temper, but Cyan's fond of him, so he's here for the next few stops." She shrugs, sighing. "I suppose I should break it up before they start throwing things at each other." She heads downstairs, looking annoyed already. She bursts into the kitchen and snaps, "Knock it off before I take both your head off, and I'm not talking about the ones on your shoulders." A tall man that looks like: turns around. "What." He has a very deep voice, and seems to have been the one shouting. His hands are balled up into fists. Cyan waves. "'Ello. I'm not doin' anythin'. Cady here started it." Zemira stares. "Frankly, I don't care. Stop it. Or I'll leave you both at the next stop."

Andrew followed the captain down to the kitchens and flinched when she made mention of cutting their "heads" off. As far as she knew, though she didn't have one; that would really hurt. She forced away a giggle when Cyan waved and did the typical toddler remark, 'he started it.'

But, she was worried that she could get into some trouble here. Though, watching the three she wasn't so sure, the captain was a girl, and she'd always been told females on ships were bad luck. Of course she'd hidden behind a male name for years. She didn't want to die. Her real name was Amelia, but she hadn't used the name in so long, no, it wasn't really her name anymore.

Cadence eyes her. "Hah. Right. I'm a foot and a half taller than you and you think you'll be able to take me down?" Zemira stares. "We're in a kitchen, there are knives. We're also at sea. I can kill you and throw you over." She grins a bit, looking both intimidating and amused. Cadence chuckles. "True, true...Tell your little blue haired female to stop annoying me then." Cyan gasps. "I am so not a female!"

"You rather talk like one." Andrew stated before she could stop herself. She flinched and prepared to get hit or lectured or something. And whispered a meek, "Sorry."

Cadence snickers. "The new one figured that out, so quick. Damn." Zemira stares at Cadence. "You...are seriously bi-polar-" She shakes her head. "Cyan, stop whining." Cyan pouts. "I am not a giiiirl! Cady wouldn't flirt with me if I waaas." Cadence rolls his eyes. "Right, 'cause I'm not bisexual, or anything." Zemira just shudders. "Start working, you two. And that doesn't mean feeling each other up!"

Andrew wouldn't have noticed if the captain had left, she stood rooted to the spot adoring the two boys in front of her, their ...'normal' bickering appealing to some long lost feeling inside her. "So... bisexual is liking males and females right?" She of course wouldn't know much about that, only having been to land a few times since being captured, and mostly consisting of seeing female wenches, and drunken pirates. The likes of which were... unclean.

She ignored the bi polar comment, not having any clue what that meant, and moved on to the next topic, not waiting for an answer to her earlier question, it had mostly been her thinking out loud anyways. "So what are you two working on?"

"Yeah, bisexual is liking both," Cadence responds. "And we're supposed to be cooking. And not burning things down again." Cyan grins. "That was so your fault Cadence. You lit the wrong end!" Zemira rolls her eyes. "Why do I let either of you stay?" Cyan shrugs. "You feel sorry for us? Or me, anyway. Cadence had a life." "Had being the key phrase. that's long gone. And I say good fuckin' riddance," He retorts. "I like wandering."

Andrew stiffled yet another giggle, she was so used to covering up the fact that she was female. They all knew here of course, but it was still an awkward feeling. "How can you light the wrong end? I've never worked in a kitchen." She asked out of pure curiosity, moving closer to the 'couple.'

She paused looking Cadence over, "Don't you miss your old life?"

Cyan points at the burner. "He, being stupid and a pyro, lit the wrong coil. Said coil caught fire." Cyan looks amused. He then watches Cadence reaction to her other question. "You told me which one, dear." He rolls his eyes. "No, not at all," he tells Amelia. "I had a very abusive father. Though I eventually fought back, I don't really want to go back to getting beat up daily." He shrugs, being his normal blunt self.

"Oh, sorry." She'd giggled at the coil fight but fell silent when he said that. "At least you found something that was different that you could do and be happy with." She averted her eyes, looking at the coils as a distraction. She was going to keep silent about her past as long as she could. At least they aren't asking questions other than my name.

Cadence chuckled. "Eh, I more of just bolted. My father was a major homophobe, which made me even more annoyed with him. And my mother--and I use that term loosely-- wasn't much better. I was mainly raised my my elder sister." He shrugged, not minding talking about his parents.

"That's to bad." She frowned, "Parents should be people you look up to, its a shame when they're cruel or just lousy parents." She fidgeted awkwardly in the spot, not sure if she should have gone on with the conversation or dropped it.

"Meh. My father just has as bad of a temper as I do, so two strong tempered people in a living environment is bad." He snorted. "I didn't see it as abuse after I started fighting back, when I was like, six. So I kicked his ass a lot." He looked amused at that fact. Cyan eyes him. "You're so odd. You shouldn't be happy that you kicked his ass."

Andrew piped up quietly, "Maybe he should be if he was being abused before. Did he stop when you could beat him?" She was slightly hesitant to argue with a demon, but she was honestly curious, and that was the only insight she had right at the moment.

"Nah, he wasn't that smart. But I suppose the major stuff, like throwing me off the balcony stopped. Then again I did get to large for him to lift me." He shrugged. Cyan shook his head. "You're a very messed up person, Cady." Cadence grinned. "I know. I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it," he responded cheerfully. It seemed he didn't take much seriously.

She fidgeted, everything was much calmer, and in a very strange way. She looked over the group again as if confirming the next thought, in a VERY strange way, it was much friendlier here. She smiled, "Seems like you two have fun."

"Eh, it doesn't take much to piss me off, but my anger doesn't last unless you've reaally pissed me off. Which is semi-hard to do. I suppose only...three people have done it." He chuckled. "They also got beat up." "Sounds kinky...," Cyan muttered, teasingly. He giggled, sounding female again.

"I'll try not to piss ya off than." She made a face, "And... what's kinky?" She looked at Cyan noticing once again that he seemed female, I wonder if he is female... She noted briefly before looking over both of them again, they both had such odd looks on their faces after her question.

"Did I say something odd?" Her face was calm, an honestly innocent question and oblivious to what she had said that would make the room seem oddly uncomfortable for a brief moment.

"Nah. I'm actually thinking how to put it. Even my blunt isn't helping. Hm... not normal sex. Odd things that would turn someone on. Like, my kink is knives. Which to me means knives are kinky." He ran a hand through his hair, looking amused. "I'm also a sadomasochist. I like pain." Cyan just stares at Cadence. "You...scare me sometimes."

Her mouth opened slightly and her eyes widened in shock, "I... think i'm just going to drop this topic." she mumbled, Next I would have to ask how in the world that would turn someone on. She cringed slightly remembering the only things she knew about sex, her old pirate ship mates taking any wench they could get into bed... or on a bar table every time they made port.

She cleared her throat awkwardly, "Maybe I should go find something to do so that I don't keep you two from your... cuddly jobs." She snickered looking at Cyan, which she ended with a little smile of innocence.

Cadence snickered. "Meh. I'm keeping him from working. I don't cook. We like the ship not burning." He looked amused still, probably at the sexual conversation. Cyan waves a knife at Cadence. "If I get thrown off this ship, I'll be bringing yooou with me." Cadence waggles his eyebrows. "Cut me, cut me."

"I wouldn't do that unless you want to go to bed with him." Andrew sing-song voiced, before ducking behind Cadence encase Cyan decided to turn the knife on her.

Cyan started laughing. "Cadence! You're a meat-shield!" He giggled more. He then eyed the stove. "We need food..." He didn't seem thrilled about cooking though. "I'm a sexy meat-shield." He snickered at Cyan. "Well, we do need food. And if you're good, I'll make you dessert." That seemed like it could be taken two ways.

"Dessert?" Andrew's head popped up to look up at Cadence's face, "What kind of dessert? Please don't say rum cakes, I am so sick of rum cakes." She grumbled and eyed Cyan.
"You aren't going to stab me right?" What in the world has come over me? I could hide the fact I was female so long and now its just completely obvious. She frowned while still looking at Cyan, though not seeing him since she was thinking. She stepped out. "May I help? I feel a little strange not doing anything..."
