Being named Kori, no, I've never seen a song with my name in it xP. If there was, it would most definitely be about someone with a different spelling than me. Which would be twice as annoying, because people would think it was spelled "like the song".

I believe there's a Fleetwood Mac song called "Sarah"...and I know there's a few others with my name in them, but I avoid them like the plague. :)

My middle name is after a song. 'Natalia,' by Van Morrison. He's my dad's favourite, so yeah.

My first name is 'Caleigh.' There's a song called 'Kayleigh,' by... Marillion? I think? Something like that. Either way, it's not the same spelling, but it's the same name.

There is a song by James Marsters called 'Katie' which is my real name.

Siouxie and the Banshee's have a song called Christine. Though I by Christy.
It's about a girl with Multiple Personality Disorder. XD There are a few other songs regarding someone named Christine, but I'm not very familiar with them. Generally, the girl named Christine in the songs is negative in one way or another. In one, I think she's a prostitute. XD

Though my middle name, Michelle, has some more preferable songs. "Michelle" by the Beatles, and "My Michelle" by Guns N Roses.

My sister has a song on her iPod called "Dear Kate" [her name is kate xD] and it's really true.

Kiss Me Kate from the musical Kiss Me Kate. The main character is Katherine, and that's my full name, though I go by Katie or Kate. I always thought that would be a fun role to play, considering I'd get to sing a song called "I Hate Men."

Oh, how embarrassing. I'm actually named after a song title: "Amanda" by Boston. My parents were having trouble agreeing on a name, so my mom suggested Amanda because it was one she'd tolerate and my dad is a huge fan of the band, so she knew he'd agree. He insists on singing the song to me at every opportunity and I hate the song. (Not to mention, it's a love song--it's a little weird to have your dad singing a love song to you.)

There is a song titled "Stephanie" by the Partridge Family and one called "Stephanie Says" by Velvet Underground. (Plus a ton more with that name in it. ARGH!)

I don't have blue eyes like the Partridge Family song says Stephanie does and no one calls me Alaska like the song by Velvet Underground says they do. (but they were right about me not being afraid to die)

Oh, and "Sister Christian" is actually about a girl named Christy. ^^ So there's another about me. (Adding on to a post I made months ago. XDD)
