"Fine." She replied, moving to lay next to the sitting male. "I expected this, so it didn't come as a total shock. Plus, he's probably happier this way. I'm just worried about what we'll do about Souban. If Set didn't kill her..." She glanced curiously at the item. "What's that?"

"Yeah... I'll see if I can track Hemset down later" Malum nodded, looking back down at the metal object, "I uh, I was just wondering that myself. I can't seem to recall... It was just sitting here. Maybe Solum left it here?"

"I'll do it." Asima stated. Malum did enough for her. She peered at the armband, a bit more curious. "I wish we'd found a way to get your memory back..." She stated wistfully. Though, Malum probably wished for that more. "How long has it been since you two were here?"

Malum shrugged, glancing around the room, "it's been... I'm not sure how long. I just knew where this place was."

"Hmm..." Asima peered at the item for a moment longer, before sliding her arms around the male's waist. "I'm sorry...about all this. It shouldn't really involve you...so I'm sorry I've dragged you into it."

"You didn't drag me into anything" Malum gave her a kiss, "I got myself involved. Everything we face now, we face together"

The female smiled, and wrapped her arms around the male. "You know...we are married now..." She hinted. "And I've heard being together can be a great stress reliever..."

Malum raised a brow and grinned, "is that what you've heard? Care to test the rumor?"

Asima nodded mischievously, leaning up to give Malum a deeper kiss.

Once the duo was finished, Asima felt much more tired. She snuggled into Malum's side, yawning. "Do you think Souban would know how to get your memories back?" The princess questioned softly.

"I somehow doubt that" Malum replied, holding her close beneath the covers, "if Hemset didn't know, how could she?"

"Well...I think Set would know how...but I don't think Hemset knows how to raise the dead, and she knows that."

Malum frowned a little, "Hmmm, well, lets hope she's not someone we need to worry about anymo-" He cut off as there was a banging on the trap door that lead down into their hideaway.

Asima jumped in Malum's arms, alarmed. She slipped from the bed quickly and tugged her dress on, glancing to the bed. "Solum?" She questioned, fairly sure no one would have followed them.

"it must be" Malum whispered in response, also dressing quickly and heading into the main room to look up at the trap door. He had locked it when they came in so that they wouldn't wake up to any surprises. "but Solum and I have a special knock..." he hesitated. The stamping on the door came again.

"...Set then?" Asima questioned quietly, gazing upwards. Finally she glanced towards Malum. "Should we open it or not?" As she spoke, her eyes roved around the underground safe house. Surely the knocking had woken Mesa and Nemiah?

Nemiah and Misa also stood there, unsure of what to do about this when suddenly a gust of wind blew down through the cracks of the door and unlatched it. Bright sunlight shone into the space as Hemset lifted the door open. "Are you going to make me wait forever?" he questioned, coming down and coughing a little from the dry sand in his throat.

Asima had jumped back, eyes wide as she was startled. "Set!" She called his name, mostly annoyance filtering through. "Can't be too careful...how'd you find us?"

"I can always find you" Set replied as he clambered down into the underground passage, closing and locking the door behind him. "Do you have any water? I didn't exactly bring any" he asked as he coughed.

Misa quickly went to fetch him some and Set sat down in a nearby chair, "What happened Hemset?" she asked softly, "you look exhausted."

Hemset drank the entire cup of water before responding, "Souban is still out there. I could have ended this but Set... he screwed it up" the priest growled as he clenched his fists.

Asima stared at Set, refilling his cup once it was empty. Those clouds were Set then. "Do you want to tell us about it tonight, or after you've rested?" She questioned finally.

"I can talk" Set replied, drinking the cup of water again, "Set headed over as soon as he was allowed. He was going to kill her but he lost it, and I think it's my fault..." he stared at his cup for a moment, puzzling over the memory, "he feels my anger and I don't think he knows how to handle it."

"Anger?" Asima questioned. "And its fine Set. We will find her. And you heard my father, she will never become Pharaoh. Anything she sends at us, we will be able to defend against, then fight her back."

Hemset nodded, "She's changed her appearance though" he sighed, "she could look like anything now."

"Changed her appearance?" Asima frowned. "With...magic? Is that even possible? There's not really another way we can find her, is there?"
