Hm... That sounds... a bit more extreme than my situation. I didn't avoid my friends; I've always wanted to keep in contact with them, however I have withdrawn into myself a lot over the last year-and-a-half or so, ever since my parents got divorced and my dad left. So, I think I basically faded away from everyone without really wanting to... I wanted to hang out with people, but it was so hard to reach out to them, that I kind of started feeling more and more alone because my confidence and self-esteem has basically been shattered... This is getting into way more detail then you probably asked for... But I think "and then bitch and whine about how there's a sudden lack of people talking to me." is a bit extreme for me, too. I basically just whimper or pine about it, or talk about it to my therapist. I try to avoid talking about it to my mom because then she tries to FORCE me to call up my friends and FORCE me to hang out with them. X__X
Aaannyway. I miss my old life and the relationships I had with my good friends like hell. I resolve to do something to get it back, and figure out a way to be truly happy in my life again, instead of always hiding and escaping into online fantasy worlds like Gaia and Menewsha. (But I heart Mene and you guys that I have met on here, I really do. :) :heart:)

It consists of a cataclysmic combination between insanity, fantasy, internet, and reality, where blue is red and red is green and rain is a giant cat in the sky peeing on you and snow is made of marshmallow fluff and cats are rats and rats are cats and dogs lick the streets clean at night, only to hide underground when the sun comes up.
And raccoons park cars for fancy restaurants and fish swim in the sky while birds peck at typewriters in China writing fortune cookie fortunes even though fortune cookies are American and squirrels eat coconuts and mice eat roasted salmon.
Cricket's world is a dangerous one to tread in. If you fall into the rabbit hole you might end up in a tall tree hanging upside down by your shoelaces.
And on a completely unrelated note this song makes me shiver every time I hear it and I love it.
@ Saelia: Well, my case isn't nearly as bad as I had described it, I would think. But I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Remember that you don't have to jump back into all your friendships at once, just take it slow. <3
On another note: Menewsha is a GREAT escape from the trouble of real life stuff. XD

Saelia: No, I wasn't aware of that. I only watched it the one time, and I'm not the one currently in control of the host account. I'm playing the game this round, thus I won't be in the account until either round six or round seven. It was going to be round seven, but I've barely seen anything of Lumi, and she's not around enough to host the game, so I'll probably be back to host round six.
