There's a drop-down box under thread tools, and "Subscribe to Thread" should be an option. Click on it, and it'll take you to another page where you'll choose your options (whether you want e-mail updates and whatnot), and actually subscribe.

That's how I remember it being, anyway...

Yea, I have mine set up to automatically subscribe me to any thread that I post to.
It's just easier that way.

Then later if I don't want to get it, I just click "Unscubscribe" from the list in My Account.

OK, so it doesn't go so great with mine, but I at least am now wearing every EI...

That's a good idea! I always manage to forget to subscribe - or just forget where I've posted if I want to check up on something.

OK, Kat...I had to go look.

Do My Account.
In the left column choose Options.
Go to about the center section.. where it says Default Thread Subscription Mode.
In the pulldown, select: No email notification.

It's kinda weird, but it works.
