Yeah. But maybe she has to be in contact with Jareth in order for the shield to extend to him, too? Otherwise it's just for herself. That could lead to some "almost-romantic" moments, as well as perhaps teasing jibes from him.

Since she has to wear the clip for the power to be tapped into - and so in turn she'd have to have contact with Jareth, which could make Jareth put in jibes of "Thank you for saving me, precious. Perhaps I mean more to you than you will let on."

Well, the point of him moving to the human world is to forget about the Labyrinth's connection to Sarah, get away from home, etc. So naming it after himself and the Labyrinth probably wouldn't work.

(since by now he's lost his memory of his love for her) And she could be all, "Uhhh... Oh, look, something distractingly shiny!"

How about like he can cause partial or temporary paralysis? That's not so offensive as much as evasive, which could come in handy in the Labyrinth. And it could also be useful should they need to combat something.
