I'm fat and have a skinny boyfriend. Like, he's WAY smaller than me weight-wise. He seems to like the extra cushioning though... :XD

I think that weight probably doesn't matter in a relationship, though it DOES play a part.
If the couple isn't bothered by the girl being heavier or what not, then I don't see whats wrong in that. I mean, if the girls sorta fat and all, so what?
A relationship based on looks only probably won't last anyway.
And yes, skinny guys are... but anorexic ones are bad. =(
Anorexic people in general are bad. :gonk:
EDIT;
Fatter, or more weighty girls generally have more curves/bigger curves so perhaps thats why guys like girls who are weightier than they are. Hmm, just a thought. =/

Hahahaha! Didn't want to touch this subject but it's a funny question to ask.
My take? Girls in general worry about it more than the guys. I'm not saying all the time. But for my part, and I'm talking realistically - if I'm like in love with her really, I'd probably end up not minding much. Sure maybe at times it could get awkward but I think it's only because of how other people react to the two of you that's bothersome.

My fiance weighs more than me but has a smaller frame than I do and I have a heavy bone structure so even if I was smaller than him I'd still be heavier. Plus we aren't that far from each other size wise so we look about the same.

I let my boyfriend sit on my lap. XD He's always afraid his butt is going to hurt my legs or something but it doesn't bother me.

I think it's kind of weird when my boyfriends weigh less than me. I feel like I'm going to hurt them. lol. I only dated one boy smaller than me and let me tell you, he was a bean pole. Even though, it was my longest relationship. I don't know if it had anything to do with that or not.

Vickicat:: Haha, see we can trade all traditional roles here. xD
Girls being bigger than boys, boys sitting on girls' laps....
Sizz::  That's good. Plus, you can double as a great girlfriend and an extra-fluffy pillow. :]

My guyfriend, who will be my next boyfriend when I break up with my current, weighs like.. 120 lbs and I weigh 122-125 depending on the time of day. >_>; I keep telling him to eat more and get to the point where he's 10 lbs heavier than me so he can at least be healthy. :XD
diehly: Dump him. o_O That's a shallow friend who doesn't deserve to add the prefix 'boy' to that word. But that's interesting, the concept of fitting into his pants. O: I'll have to try on my guyfriends' pants and see how those fit. XDD

What's more than that is that people are more bothered if a girl is taller than the guy..
I see no problem with that.

One would think it doesn't matter in terms of an emotionally stable relationship, but it's a dominance thing. There has been research that men like smaller women. Small waists, supple breasts, the whole works.
Being a big kid from the get-go, I just assumed I would never have a relationship, and it worked for a while. Geo is always lifting me up and twirling me around, which I'm sure he knows upsets me because I worry about his back. We're about the same height, and he's heavier, but I'm no feather either.
I do become sad sometimes, because I know his dream girl was a petite blond, and I don't fit that profile.

Crane:: Why do you get sad?
Even if that was his dream girl, he obviously loves you, and that's all that matters now, right? (:

I just feel a little guilty or bad sometimes that he didn't quite get what he wanted. He's very charming and sweet, and yes, that's all that matters.
I think he enjoys it more that I enjoy dressing up. I'll wear wigs and crazy makeup sometimes.

Kitten weighed as much as her boyfriend while she was pregnant and she didn't like that... she likes it if her boyfriend weighs more. Kitten never wants to be 'skinny' though because both her and her boyfriend think it's gross. People were ment to be tubby, they can be a skeleton when they're dead =3
