Lavi sighed, he had not meant to make the boy sad but he just didn't need people to pry into his life and to find out why he was the way he is now. He looked at his watch and say that he was late for his next class, he looked in the direction that Mathew had walked in. He thought for a few minutes before he raced down the hallway towards his next class, planning tolet the boy know that he didn't mean to hurt his feelings, only that he had no intention of letting people get very close to him, besides only his best friend knew what happened tohim and he hadn't seen him since that incident.

Mathew arrived at the door of the charm class and sighed as he went to open it. Some one scream "NO!!! don't open that!!" But it was to late he had open the door as the fairy tried to escape from the door. Mathew just sighed and casted a simple spell that frozen all the fairy in like shot like Hermione had used. "Why were the fairy running lose." He asked the other student who were looking more panicked then any thing else.

Shadow was in the common room before he glanced over to see a rather, familiar old face. he smirked a little before nodding at the brown haired boy. It seemed that he was back. "Time for third class. Have fun." he called after the other male before going back to finish his report for Transfiguration.

The brown haired, golden eyed male had briefly waved back at the red head as he rushed out and went to the entrance of the school. He was completely late, but it couldn't have been helped. He had come to the school a bit later, due to safety reasons. But now he was better, and going to Care of Magical Creatures. Oh how ironic. He had been transferred back this year since his parents had believed this was a better school. Thank goodness. Now he could see if any of his old friends were there. Once outside, he slowed down to a decent pace toward Hagrids. He couldn't really keep running, as that would just tire him out even more. He did see some other students out and about. Probably on their breaks or something.

Lavi cussed under his breathe as he ran into a brown haired slytherien, he had no clue it was since last he heard his best friend was going to a different school because of what he was, but that didn't stop Lavi from caring about him after all they were childhood friends. "OI!" he groaned, hishat had fallen off so he quickly grabbed it and placed back onhishead before anyone else noticed the markings, butit did show he actually had more of a mohawk hair do then anything else.

Travis groaned, almost cursing as he felt someone barge into him. It caused him to drop his books on the floor. "Out of all the things to happen. Really??" he muttered under his breath before looking up briefly before grabbing his books. He did note that it was a Hufflepuff, but then the hat was something that made him freeze. He narrowed his eyes a little before studying the boy. His eyes brightened a little but he quickly masked it before he picked up his things and straightened out. "Hello." he said simply before smirking. "You should watch where you go next time."

Lavi frozed with a shock look onhis face before he turnned his bright green eyes up and met Travis's gaze, he couldn't help but to jump to his feet with a gaint grin on his face. "Tray!!! When did you get back man?" he sid in a happy and excited voice, he was glad to see his best friend oncemore, after all he did help him to enchant the hat he was wearing. "I wasn't expecting to see you until spring break." he said to him as he grinned stupidly, he was more energetic now then he had been in a long time or earlier that day, he picked up his bag and made sure that everything was okay before he slung it back over his shoulder.

Travis laughed a little before biting his lip and glanced around. After making sure the coast was clear, he gave the cat eared boy a firm hug and picked him up before twirling him with a big grin. "Miiiiissed you, Aviiii!" he said. Supposedly, he wasn't really supposed to be interacting with the 'scum' of the school, but this was one exception. He brushed away some dirt off Lavi's clothes to help before nodding that they should head to class. Or at least start walking. "I just got here. Mum and dad transferred me back since, this school was the best after all." he said in a rather smug tone.

Lavi smiled and laughed some as he hugged him back and patted Travis on the back, picking a few things off it that had gotten on him from their hug. "I missed you to man." he said to him as he started to walk with him, he had no clue that Travis had the same class as him but he was still heading towards Hagrid's like he normally would but much slower. "That is great!!! That means we can hang out more....unless it is against the slytherin policy." he said to him as he put his hands behind his head, acting like he used to when they were growing up, it felt nice to have at least one person who knew his secret and he was friends with like the Kawayou kid he had met in the hospital wing.

Travis rolled his eyes before shrugging. "I, suppose it's not normal for a Slytherin to be hanging around a Hufflepuff, but since when the bloody hell have I cared about rules?" he asked, smirking slightly. He was walking in the same direction as Lavi, which was a bit surprising, but he didn't mind. He closed his eyes before glancing at the hat. The damn thing was always bothersome, well.. The thing under the hat. Personally, he had helped pick out the hat. And they'd had it enchanted. "I will have to act like, well.. Normal when it's a lot of people, since I don't want anyone to start questioning too much. I hate nosy people." he muttered.

"Well then atleast we can still be friends while at school." Lavi said as he laughed, only to yawn in the middle of it, his little burst of energy was slowly dying down, which was never a good thing since what happened. "Oh there is this ravenclaw named ummm Kawayou who i asked to be myfriend and then there is this person named Mathew......he is rather smart......i thin i may be in trouble with him around but i feel bad about hurtting his feelings." he said to Travis, being completely honest with him about what has happened so far today since it was the first actual day of school, the ears on his hat twitching.

He nodded a little. "Of course. It'll be interesting." he said before giving Lavi a slightly worried look. Maybe it would have been a better idea to save the energy. But too late now. He didn't like what the stupid curse had done to his friend. "Well, more friends are nice. As for the Mathew guy, just try not to act so suspicious or something. Is he a ravenclaw as well? You have to watch out for them." he said, smirking as he teased his friend lightly. It would have been funny if he were to have been in Ravenclaw as well. But, he didn't want to be in the spotlight about his smarts. Too much work for him.

"Yea he is a Ravenclaw as well, he is actually not a bad guy since he did help me when i had an episode in herbology and cut the tip of my finger off." Lavi said to him as he yawned once more and showed Travis his bandaged finger. "How am i actting suspicious? I feel a sleep durring the feast, i yawn a lot, had an episode and cut my finger and didn't know it until i was in the hospital wing. I wear a hat that i got the okay by the school for me to wear." he said to him as he stopped outside of Hagrid's place and looked at him straight on with a lazy smile on his face, he knew that Travis hated the fact that he was cursed and couldn't act like he used to before it, and Lavi felt the same way. "I do have to apologize t o him though......anyways this is where my third period class is." he said as the smile dropped from his face and he yawned once more, the cat ears drooping some since he was tired.

Travis almost groaned. "How's that not suspicious? Well.. To me, you're just, sleepy. To others, it might seem odd that you're always tired." he muttered before smirking and looking at his finger almost warily. No, it wasn't bleeding. "Ah, clumsy fool. Did it act up? ..At least the guy's decent. We'll see." He said, smiling after a moment. He hadn't really told Lavi about his, new change yet since it happened while they weren't in contact. He had been planning on telling him during spring break. Things like that were better told face to face. Even now, he was a bit more sensitive to the rather sunny day, but nothing he couldn't handle. Thank merlin he wasn't one of those, muggle vamps. He would've burst into dust if not for that. But right now didn't seem like such a good time. He blinked in surprise as he was told it was Lavi's class. "Is it really? Well, seems we share a class." he said, grinning. "What other classes do you have?" he asked before he looked at the ears. "Shouldn't have made you so hyper.. Maybe you could've lasted a bit longer.." he muttered, almost regretfully.

"I guess you right about that being really suspicious." Lavi mumbled as he got a lazy thoughtful look on his face as he let his hand drop to his side and he looked at the hut, he could hear everyone in the back. "Yea it did....appearently i went blank for a good while." he said as he shrugged and tried to stiffle another yawn, his shoulders were sagging now as he looked towards the hut. "Come on i hear them out back. As for my other classes......i will have to look at my schedule later and check." he said as he grabbed Travis's hand and lead himi back behind the hut to where everyone was having class at, waving at Hagrid as he just stayed in the back. "Nah i am glad that i could be hyper around you like old times." he said with a smile and in a low voice, as he dug around in his bag for his schedule, finding it he handed it over to Travis.

He did sigh before rubbing his neck, shaking his head. "Wish you'd have let me hex your brother more than once.." he muttered, still concerned for his friend. He blinked and let Lavi lead him, though he let go of his hand once they were in view of the others. His face went blank and cold as he narrowed his eyes to some of the others that were looking their way. Of course they looked away. Travis took the schedule and glanced over it briefly. He smirked as he relaxed some more. "We have all but four classes. Different First, sixth seventh and tenth classes." he said calmly before handing the parchment back to Lavi.

"That is awesome!!!" Lavi whispered to Travis as he gave a lazy smile, which seemed to be his only one when he ws tired and weighed down some, he yawned a little bit and pulled out his monster book of monsters and stroke the spine and opened it to the page that they were on and showed it to travis. "Hey...i am glad that your back man.....it was boring around here with out you except for the trouble Shadow causes." he whispered with a wink as he adjusted his hat onhis head, making sure it was covering the curse mark. "Tray...if i let you do that then he would have cursed you and i couldn't have that." he said as he gave him one of his old smiles, one from back before the curse.

Travis gave a small nod and glanced at the page to follow along. At Lavi's words, he smirked a little, looking slightly amused. "I'm surprised he's still around with how much he does. Gives the twins a run for their money if he actually tries harder." he joked before glancing up at the front of the class. He'd been around the first three years with them, before he had to transfer out. So he knew Shadow's antics. "Well... If I'd have placed it right, he wouldn't have had the chance to do that curse." he muttered stubbornly before smiling back. "I suppose you're right though... don't need two people with cat hats. That would be completely tacky." he joked in a slightly snooty french accent.

"Yea i know what you mean but he has just been sticking to him self, lately." Lavi mumbled as he looked at the salamander that they were suppose to be trying to take care of, Hagrid had the weirdest taste in creatures but it made things interesting compared to the last magical creature teacher. He personally thought it was slightly boring to take care of something you already took care of before but then again they were just going over everything for the OWLs and the relly smart people like him and Travis didn't really need to take classes. "Well that is true....when it is just me at least i look good while wearing....though i can't show off my new hair style." he mumbled, it wasn't really a moahawk since the sides were shorter then the top, which he just used some mousse to push it all to the top to look like a nice messy mohawk but with the hat there wasno point in doing that. He did laugh when Travis talked in the fake accent, he found it halarious, he yawned a bit and looked around, he was getting tired but hewas happy that his friend is around though.

Kawayou had been jotting down notes when a young redhead wandered in and walked over to the teacher. He was about to wave, because at first he had thought it was Lavi, but then he saw the tie and crest, and saw that it definitely wasn't Lavi.

He scoffed quietly and looked back down, but then he thought he heard a whisper, and before he knew it, there were flying creatures everywhere, giggling and creating a ruccuss. They pulled on girls' hair, and just about antagonized everyone.

It took most of the class period to rally them up, and before he knew it he had to head off to his Herbology class. He took a mental picture of the red head in case any questions were asked, and he would also find him personally and give him a good talking to in his cute Australian accent.

((I went to the RODEO all day after school, so couldnt' get on XD And then I was at the zoo today for Photography. I finally get some rest D8))
