Huh, I've never woken up screaming before. Normally, it's either crying, laughing, or from that falling sensation.
Once, I woke up because in my dream I kept wanting to curl into a ball (I don't remember why.), and my body was trying to also, but there was a wall next to me. I think I whacked my head three times before I actually realized what the hell I was doing.
If it's the the falling or laughing, I'll go right back to sleep, no problem. But the crying ones, I kinda wake up and calm myself down and then roll over and go back to sleep. If not, then I'll just going straight back into the dream and start crying again. D:

Anything that would make me cry or scream are those nasty dreams where it ends up being a survival horrible dream where I tend to either cry if I somehow lived through it or screamed due to I died, most of the time if I die I am either shot or was caught by a monster. I still get those every once a blue moon....ugh...I am normally just not in any sort of happy mood for the rest of the morning after those due to I would be still traumatized from my dream.

Oh wow. No I never did cry in my sleep.
But I have woken up with a shock in a way. Let out a gasp once.
I've heard from family that I used to sleep walk a lot and always was taken back.
It was funny what I'd say when they'd ask me 'where i'm going' but they wouldn't dare wake me while I was in that mode. They said its not good to wake a sleep walking person b/c you don't know what the dream is and if they may get violent (thinking your going to attack them because they're still dreaming).
I don't sleep walk as much anymore but I do talk in my sleep ALOT!
lol I've had conversations with my sister which is funny and have said some diffrent stuff once.
Just last year I slept over a friends house and scared her. We were in her room and I went to bed earlier than her. So she was by her laptop and i was in the bed to her left. Suddenly (although I was fast asleep) I sat up and looked straight at her. Muttered something and then laid down back again and slept normally. She got scared for a second. and told me the next morning about it but I don't recall. ^_^'
I guess I would get scared because I wasn't awake and you could see that and tell when someone is there but really isn't. lol

Can't say I've screamed in my sleep. But often times I will talk in my sleep to those around me. Sometimes I wake myself up.
Maybe I have a parent complex or something, because I am constantly being told I am justifying my actions in my sleep with permission from my parents.
Does it every happen to anyone else when you are almost asleep in your bed and then you whole body like jumps like it feels like you feel and just landed? It happens all the time to me, let's hope it's not a brain tumor.

I've never screamed, at least not that i know of. I don't often have dreams that are worth screaming about.
The only time i've ever said anything while sleeping, was some years back now, when i told my brother to 'get out of the road', for fear of being run over...Which he'd been doing earlier in the day, but i hadn't told him then.

I don't think I scream but I flinch and sing in my sleep. My sister has it on video with her camera, I'm singing some unknown song that seems to be in some dead language. Also, when I'm dreaming I'm falling off the Earth, [I do it a lot] and I grip the grass to stay on, I'll cling to whatever is next to me with a death grip and then when I finally let go I always end up flying backwards into my wall.

Oh man, I have a really bad tendency to cry in my sleep. I'm constantly having nightmares about my fiance finding someone else and leaving me. The worst part about those dreams is that when I wake up, it usually takes me a while to snap out of it and realize that it's just a dream.
The worst dream I ever had was brought on by the fact that my fiance's brother was watching CSI or something similar while I was sleeping. I dreamt that my five year old daughter was kidnapped, raped, and murdered and that I saw the body first. It was the most horrible dream I could ever imagine having. I woke up and my pillow was absolutely SOAKED with tears and I just couldn't stop crying, even after I realized that it was just a dream. It was a terrible experience, one that I hope I'll never experience again. :3nod:

When I was little I woke up crying, but that's basically it.
I used to have a really bad habit of sleepwalking though,
I'd usually end up in the laundry room which also happened
to be the room with the front door and the back door.
Thank God I never got out either door, my mom caught me
before I did. Also, one time I woke up and I was standing
at the bedroom door, naked. o_o I undressed myself and
was getting ready to go walking. (:

Eep, I used to every night, apparently.
I did it so often that I would have friends over for sleep overs. Months later they would tell me that I was screaming in my sleep while they were laying right next to me, I was like "Nuh-uh..was not..."
I dunno, I used to have night terrors every night, I wouldn't even remember the dreams.
My mom described to me this one time..
When I was screaming, I was sitting up in my bed and when she got closer to me, I would scream louder and get more panicked, as if she was the monster coming after me!
I watched the movie called 'They' I believe the title was...and it made so much sense the way they described it, even though it was fictional. Just the fact that in the dreams the people would see their family as the monsters and would scream more as they got closer to them.
I remember waking up terrified every night, but I didn't ever know I was screaming. My throat didn't even hurt..
