She's not someone I recognise but that's not saying much as I know nothing about current "celebrities". Maybe she's not American if you don't know who she is?

Could be anyone though really, couldn't she? Apart from her quirky right eye she just a generic bleached and straightened bit of eye-candy.

Alas, your personal annotations don't get me any closer to finding out her name. It's right on the tip of my brain, but I can't nail it down.

I grew up in the nineties, and it was still a rather popular look up until about twelve years ago. I dunno, I'll always have a place in my heart for male hairstyles like that. <3

why not make a shaved head hairstyle? i really want to have a buzz cut and all that fun stuff... im sick of all the girl based hairstyles, there are like 5 hairstyles for the guys and its really annoying

Actually, there were around thirteen hair styles that were male, I believe. But they unisexed all the hairstyles, for which I'm extremely grateful.

If you're sick of their not being enough boy styles, instead of simply saying that you're sick of it, why not hunt down pictures of hair styles you'd like to see and suggest them in this thread? Because 'boy styles' could mean anything worn by a man, including men with girly hair.

No one will know what you have in mind unless you post examples.
