I have a much easier time on Gaia too, but I really really like Menewsha so I keep trying. It's really hard to be a lurker here though, you can't actually earn any gold and minimal amounts of event items if you only use the pantry.

I'm having some trouble with the baking though, I have the ingredients but it won't let me cook them. Anyone else having that happen?

Its slower response here xD You get used to it. I used to be more of a Gaia person,b ut I really like it here. The events are far more fun and require participation. Gaia's not the same. XD I've already gotten like 8 sets of Christmas Items there ><;;

while lurking here or other forums I keep a tab open and go refresh it every minute or so

Ah I quit playing Gaia awhile ago. And honestly I don't really miss it. I enjoy Mene far more than I enjoyed Gaia, nothing against them. Just not my crowd of people I suppose..

I've gotten tons better at drawing, but I am still not where I wish to be one day. I know that with practice though I'll get there. :D

@Zarq: I had these problems. Go to pastry, get the item (if you haven't) and then try. Then try. refresh and try again. After like 5th time it should work.
I'll draw only like 2-3 freebies though ^^; I put my soul in my drawings *nod*

@Animizu Aha! That worked, thank you so much. One refresh and boom! It's baking away. Thank goodness, I made a deal with someone to trade a set of '09 items for a set of '08 items. Since I missed the '08 Christmas event, I really wanted to make the trade!

Edit: @Frog -- not sad at all. I have lots of Gaian accounts, I only use 3 at the most. My main, my booty mule, and my vend mule. The rest are storage/DC mules.

Iku: you are right :3 the more you practise, the better you are. I'm nowhere I wish to be too. My art still lacks something ;_;

Xur: Oh well, I used to enjoy events on gaia (especially halloween 2k6 when I was one of the most famous event-ers xD)
but after that year events got boring. Like, this one is all freaked up Dx
I don't like the whole Sentinel and Overseerer story.

The most AIM accounts I have is four, and even though I still mainly use the very first one I made.
