Stress is bad for you... I am so totaly relaxed right now. My friend got me a massage for Christmas and my birthday and let me tell you I did it a few hours ago and I'm still relaxed... ahhh soo nice.

I am sooo jealous I would pay so much for a back rub right now you wouldn't even know! My back is so full of knots all the time it isn't funny.
Eh I learn to live with it, I don't know what to do with myself if I'm not stressing lol.

Yeah, I would slack off and the owner's son would come in and yell at us. It was not fun. Oh, and I was supposed to be getting payed by riding the horses but instead I got to watch her son train for shows.

I have never had one before and it fricken rocked!!!! He told me to drink a LOT of water thus I am chugging.

It is because when you get a massage it takes the knots. The knots are chemicals that have built up in that area that need to be flushed out of your body...thus you need water ^^

Ahhh neat. Very cool, didn't know that. He did some great work on my shoudler and neck I fell so much better. The best gift ever!!! I have to get another one before he leaves....

Mm sports still, basketball is the most recent. Just got done with finals last week so really school has been the unfortunet focus.

Yuck school got my finals done a bit ago and glad its over! Basketball cool. I used to play a little... but I liked Soccer better. I play soccer for 9 years.

Soccer is way better. I play that too. ^_^ Basketbal soccer and track are my sports...and sorry if my spelling is off I ish tlaking to you doing presents and its five in the morning here Christmas eve.
