This is a Death Note Fan's Thread. I will be awarding some art to those who stay and chat, because that is fun. It might take a while, since the computer with photoshop on it is down, but I do plan on being able to draw it traditionally and give art as sketches. If nothing else, if I really like your avatar, I'll award you a high quality/photorealism/3D artwork.

I really don't understand all the hype over death note. There are so many manga's better. - It might be because my friend got over obsessed and was going on about L all the time! XD

Well...I just think it's a really cool anime. It's very dynamic and there are a lot of deeper, darker things than most animes. The art is also much more realistic, which is one thing I like about it. :)

And also...what isn't cool about a super genius who eats lots of sweets? That is just cool.

:shock: L stole my cake too! Anyway I love Deathnote it has a very good storyline, but I do agree there is a little too much hype for it. However, at the sametime it does deserve the hype, I am just confusing myself right now like I always do. But, yes it does deserve hype but maybe not as much as it is getting as it causes people to expect too much from the anime and may end up disappointed.
