Thats pretty neat you wanting to become a pasrt chef. My oastry always falls apart :( Thats why I just want to cook large meals, like the main course. I enjoy cooking a lot. And i agree. I will post my photo when I uppload it onto my computer. My sister is a wizz with computers

For the "Out of this World" category you can make any crazy thing you can imagine, I won't expect it to appeal to the human palette. :)

What is it? Celestial Treacle Tart!
Notes: This was my first time making treacle tart, which is a traditionally British treat. But, I got convinced by a British cook off show that I needed to attempt to make it. It is soo good. Nice and sweet, with a similar texture to pecan pie, but so orange-y citrus-y. Ooooh. It's also Harry Potter's favorite desert, fyi, if you ever wanna make it too!
I just wish I got a picture of it sliced, since they came out so perfect. But, everyone ate it up so fast >.<
Bakingdom is where I found a recipe with converted measurements. I modified this recipe, and used orange zest and juice rather than lemon, added more ginger, and I had golden syrup and a touch of molasses.

Oh my gosh. That looks so delicious! What a great way to start off the competition! Kudos to Woodlandnymph because I am a die-hard Harry Potter fan.

Notes: Shaped corn muffins! They can be made in a variety of shapes; for the moment, these are pumpkins and leaves because my only other molds were christmas trees.
