Sano smiled at Lexi. She started eating her ramen. "So, what do you plan to do next?" she asked out of curiousity. "I think you might have to try something a little more clever. Seems like these Genins are really smart." she continued before taking anther mouthfull of ramen.

Lexi looked at Sano "Yeah they are... though Alex my be trickable if I can work her right... the question is how?" She kept thinking. "I'll have to have silver snoop on her a bit and see what he can tell me" Her Ramen bowl was placed in front of her and she grabbed her chopsticks and began eating.

"Alright then. Race you there?" Kaito asked, picking Tenshi up and placing her in his hood. Were his parents expecting him home for dinner? Probably...oh well, maybe a light snack with Hana and then he would head home. That sounded good and his grin widened as he waited for Hana's answer.

Kaida blinked as she watched Alex practically inhale her food and Soyokaze eating almost as fast. She set her utensils down. She was done eating and even if she wasn't...watching those two eat made her feel full. It had been a while since she'd sat down to a meal with a family hadn't it? Maybe that's why the whole family togetherness sort of feeling surrounding the table made her feel out of place? It was usually her and Kankurou-oji-san (wait is that right?)eating together since her otou-san was always busy... She bit her bottom lip slightly, yea, that was probably it.

OOC: Mecheo, sounds good. Aoi, yes that means uncle. Okay, who wants to make another boy to be on Sano and Lexi's team so we can wrap this day up? Submit your character application via pm.

Kaze finished her plate of food and laid her chopsticks down. She nodded at Yoshino, "That was great, Grams. I promised Alex I'd go with her to see her Aunt so we gotta run." She informed her family, sounding reluctant about the whole thing. "I'll be back after a while. Kay?"

She got two nods from her father and grandfather and a smile from her mother. She could see her grandmother revving up to lecture her on proper behavior when visiting the Hyuugas, so she grabbed Alex and dragged the girl to her feet. "Come on Alex, we don't wanna keep your Aunt waiting, right?" she pulled on the girl's arm urgently. 'Come on, come on.' She thought to herself.

Kaida watched her cousin and her friend. The way Soyokaze was acting was almost funny, like she really wanted to get out of the house. Sea-foam green eyes darted to the side and Kaida realized why when her gaze landed on Yoshino. Maybe she should help her cousin...just this once. Kaida concentrated and soon her already pale complexion was even paler and she slumped in her seat, an unhealthy red flush rising to her face. She hoped Soyokaze knew that she was just acting...

Kaze shot Kaida a grateful look as Yoshino shifted her attention to the young Suna ninja. She had once seen the girl pull that same trick once before, when they were kids, so she knew her cousin would be okay. She gave Alex's arm another tug, hoping the girl would get the hint.

Yoshino jumped up and bustled over to Kaida's side. "Oh, you poor dear!" She fussed, testing for a fever with her palm on the Suna ninja's forehead. "The excitement must have been too much for you." She said with a frown, "Come along and I'll get you settled in bed with a nice cup of tea." The woman was in full mother hen mode and Kaida wasn't going to get out of her clutches now.

OOC: I've got nothing yet, so send me a character application if you are interested. Okay, Aoi? A guy would be good because we are a very girl heavy group of ninjas, but whatever you want to do would be fine. Just remember to make them old enough to fit into the older team (13-14).

Kaida nodded feebly and slipped out of her seat, swaying slightly on her feet as she followed Yoshino. She felt slightly bad about tricking the elderly woman but she felt it was only fair to help Soyokaze out when she had defended her so...vehemently...before.

Yoshino bustled the girl off to her room and insisted on tucking her into bed. She went to a drawer and pulled out some night clothes for Kaida, keeping up a steady stream of imprecations against her lazy son for not taking proper care of his niece, and not ensuring that she got plenty of rest on their trip, and Temari should have known better than to expect such a young girl to travel as quickly as two jonin, and.... The concerned fussing continued as she waited for the eleven year old to change and then pulled back the blanket and bustled the girl into bed. She checked for a temperature again.

"How do you feel now, Kaida-chan? Is it better now that you are laying down? How about I bring you a cup of tea?" She smiled down at the girl, her motherly instincts urging her to reach out to the motherless child.

Hana grined."Bet im faster then you!"And she took off towards the western end of Kohona.She jumped up on a roof top and began running along up there.

"Oh no you don't!" Kaito yelled and then leaped up after her, Tenshi barking happily as Kaito ran alongside Hana. What better way to end the day then by spending time with some friends hm? Especially since they would start getting missions soon.

Kaida's eyes blinked as Yoshino fussed about her. Tucking her in, un-tucking her, getting her to change into sleep wear, tucking her back in. These were all things mother's were supposed to do weren't they? The small girl nodded when the woman asked if she was feeling better than nodded again when she asked if lying down made her feel better. She shook her head to the offer for tea though then she pulled her arms out of the covers and made hugging motions and pointed to her panda which she had left on the other side of the room.

Alex saw the distraction and felt Kaze pull on her arm and took the hint to leave. She quickly left with Kaze and when they got outside she asked "What was that dropping about?" She saw Kaita drop onto the ground inside after Kaze had said she was going with her to see her aunt so she figured it was an inside job.

Hana took out her secret weapon,the dancing in the woods,and got ahead of Kaito.She twirled and got foward a little more and laughed."I didn't think I'd show anyone how I am when im like this!"Then did a flip foward.She stoped.They were at the west gate.Hana looked around and spoted the restrant.She landed on the ground in frount and waited for Kaito.

All the dancing really beefed up her agilty.:x XD its funny.

Kaito jumped off the roof and landed next to Hana. Jostling Tenshi slightly, which made the female dog bat at the back of Kaito's head. he frowned and reached back to pull Tenshi from his hood, "Can't you be a little nicer?" Tenshi barked and hopped from his arms and onto the floor. Kaito returned his gaze to hana and grinned, his slightly sharper than normal canines glinted in the remaining sunlight, "After you..." he said, motioning to the door.

Sano took another mouthful of Ramen from her bowl and swallowed it in one bite. "Alex huh..., I think Soyokaze is mostly what you should be worrying about. She's very skilled for a Genin. Plan in a strategical matter if you want to succeed. That's mostly what Ninjutsu's about in my opinion." she said after finishing her bowl of Ramen.

Lexi looked to her cousin "True but this girl is a strategical genius from what I've been told... we would need someone who is just as strategical and who could plan for any move that could be planned itself"

"Do you have anyone in mind?" Sano asked Lexi as Ayame took away her empty bowl of ramen. "Do you want more?" Ayame asked Sano. "Oh! No thank you! I'm stuffed." she said politely. Ayame nodded and put it in the sink as she started conversation with another customer.

Lexi replied "No... only someone of the Nara clan would be that strategical... maybe my mom will know somebody?... Unless you do?"

Yoshino smiled and retrieved the bear, noting that it was unusually heavy for a stuffed animal. "Here you go, dear." She said sweetly, handing it to Kaida. "Are you sure you don't need anything else? A glass of water or anything?"

Kaze smirked as they headed back towards the village and the Hyuuga compound, "Kaida used to do that sometimes to drag her father away from his work. Uncle Gaara stays really busy and he would only take time off for emergencies." She shrugged, "Kaida learned to manufacture emergencies. I think Gaara-ojichan might have known she was faking, but he never called her on it." Kaze didn't want to make her cousin sound like a bad kid so she added quickly, "She didn't do it very often. Usually only to keep Uncle Gaara from working himself to exhaustion. He does that if you don't stop him sometimes. Mom says it's because he still isn't used to needing sleep."

OOC: Mecheo, glad you like it. That's exactly the feel I was going for. ^_^ Everyone is doing great so far. I won't be on much tonight because we have a real life guest in my house, but I'll check in as often as I can...lol...Hm...if Lexi asks around IC, she might find a young Nara who has reason to not like his half leaf cousin....up to you whether you want to pursue the idea further.

Hana walked in and took a seat.She looked at the owner,who wasn't very friendly even to her,a regular."Nigirimeshi,please."She waited for kaito to order

Sano thought for a minute. Who could be as strategic as Alex? Someone that Alex nor Soyokaze couldn't figure out strategically? Then again... "Do we really need to go to such extreme measures for a prank? Other than that, what about Kakashi-sensei?" she finally said.

Kaida smiled softly at the older woman and shook her head, wrapping her arms protectively around her panda and burying her face into it's fur. No, this was about the extent of how much motherly love she could take before it would start making her feel very uncomfortable. She released one hand to wave at Yoshino before she tugged the covers over her head. Under the blankets she brushed her red bangs away from her face and closed her eyes, breathing in the scent that still clung to her 'stuffed animal', the scent of Suna.

"I'll have the same." Kaito said. Noticing the glare that the owner was giving Tenshi, Kaito took off his hoodie and wrapped Tenshi up in it and moved her so that she sat on his lap, wrapping his arms around her bundle protectively.

Hana watched as the owner left to get they're food."Don't mind him.He's a bit paranoid around ninjas.Im a regular and he treats me like Im about to shank him."She looked at Kaito."Even when I was just a student."

"Paranoid much?" Kaito murmured, letting go of Tenshi's bundle so that the puppy could wiggle out of his sweater. He shook it out and then slipped it back on. "So...what do you think it's gonna be like? When we finally get around to doing missions and stuff?"

Hana looked at the ceiling."I don't know.At first it won't be very exsiting,I realize."Suddenly the man came back with the nigirimeshi.He muttered something and all Hana picked up was "Enjoy..." but there was more.

Kaito growled as he heard what the man was saying, "You know what? Just keep your damn comments to yourself why don't you?!" He shouted. Tenshi growled from her position near Kaito's feet.
