@Sho: Tgm's also useful for overriding over-encumbrance, though I don't like to use it because it's a bit too 'cheaty' for me. >_>;; My highest record was having over 28k+ worth in weight in my inventory before I finally got the hint from the huge lags of loading my inventory that it was time to sell some excess items. xD;;
Yeah, I know, but for some reason I just love hoarding all the hearts. xD I have this thing for creature ingredients, like Clannfear Claws, Daedroth Teeth, etc. I also had a collection of around 500 Minotaur Horns, but Daedra Hearts and Atronach salts are my favorite. <3
I usually just use foods ingredients like apples and pears for my potions...I reach 100 Alchemy pretty quickly so I just use my awesome Master abilities to make potions out of single ingredients, and then use my 100 Mercantile (I make it my highest priority in buying training lessons whenever I start a new game) to sell them all back at their base price. It's pretty easy to make millions of gold with those two skills combined. :P
I love the Sigil Stones too! So pretty. <33 Speaking of, now that I have a good enough computer to run all the graphics, I'll probably let them roll around in my room too, along with the crystals from the Ayleid ruins that I can't remember the name of at the moment...< w < > w >
@Draciolus: So are all dragons in the game unique? :O And do they attack creatures indiscriminately regardless of faction?

Hm.. for some reason I've never made it a priority to work on my Mercantile. I guess I feel I'm making enough gold as it is. But perhaps I will try to get a little more of a focus on that. It seems like it's a little tougher to build up money in this game. Or maybe things are just more expensive.
Man, I know exactly what you're talking about, and for some reason the name for them escapes me too! >.<
Draciolus: Whiterun huh? I'll have to remember that. And build up some gold. D: I did hear that there's supposed to be another haunted house that you can get for free, but I don't know what city that one is in.

It's tough building up the skill, but once you have 100 Mercantile it really pays off because you save a lot of money and you don't have to bribe/speechcraft the NPCs to get them to like you and give you better prices. :)

Hm... these perks are enticing. Perhaps I will try to work on this next time I play.

Saving up enough money for the training lessons is tough though. :XD;; Especially when you're nearing the end of the lessons and each time you train it costs 800g - 990g...

I just recently finished a string of quests in Solitude, and can now buy a house for a low price of 25,000g. :sarcasm:

....Holy frag, 25,000g...>___>;
I hope that's the most expensive house you'll come across in Skyrim, because that price certainly is the highest in Oblivion.....

Well...I'm thinking it is, since its the city where the High King(or whatever they call themselves) lives in Skyrim.

The 5,000g one that I first bought. But then you spend another 2-3k on getting the furnishings. I'm hoping the 25k one I end up buying eventually comes fully furnished. xD

Oh, and I heard that you can get married in Skyrim, is there a limit on who you can marry or are all NPCs up for grabs? :O And if you do get married, which house would they move into? Can you have multiple spouses? (I remember how you can 'marry' a Khajit back in Morrowind...)

I'm not sure how many you can marry, but I know you can get married. There is an achievement for getting married. Though, I think I will wait until I decide to go through with the main story quest from where I am currently in it before I try that. And that will probably be in another few dozen more levels. Or at least until I make my heavy armour weigh nothing. xD

As far as marriage goes I think you can only marry one person at a time. And when you get married you have the option to have them move into your house, or you can move in theirs.
Not everyone is up for grabs. You have to get an amulet of Mara, wearing it means that you're available for marriage. Anyone else who is wearing one will comment on the necklace and express their interest. Unfortunately it doesn't look like there are people available in every race. :/ I wanted to marry another High Elf man, but there are none available.

Yeah, only found about that earlier tonight when I caved and went to read it up on UESPWiki. :gonk: You can only marry once too, I think it says somewhere on the page that if your spouse dies, you can't marry again.
I hope that someone will one day make a mod that allows free marriage with whomever I want. I'd marry a Dremora in a flash. :illgetu:

The marriage thing is a little strange. I read that you can have a spouse of the same gender as your character.
I'm probably not getting my Nord woman married just yet. The list of men to marry for her is rather slim.

Strange? How so? :O I don't think it's strange to have same-sex marriages...just look at Viranus Donton's journal from Oblivion. :P
I'll have trouble marrying any of the listed too when I create a character. Just not interested in any them. :(

My male elf is marrying a man.
You can only get married once? Eesh. I'll have to do some research before choosing my spouse then. o.o
