have you talked to them all about "stranger danger"? I used to have these two stupid dogs, a chow/shepard mix and a spring spaniel. literally. the chow would lean against you for affection and if you took a step back he'd fall down.

anyway, they were happy and bubbly to see everybody. we watched a lot of Disney movies together. I can't remember the name of the movie, but after that the two of them were a lot more defensive of the back yard, which my neighbor LOVED!!! she was an old (I mean, I'm sure she still is, but, you know) woman living all alone and scared that somebody will take advantage of her frailty and break into her home or something. the way our backyards were setup, you really couldn't tell which yard the big dogs were at! it made her feel safe and happy. I miss that time of my life ...

I wish I had pets... we're trying to sell our house, so we don't want to get a pet we might not be able to keep. The closest thing I have are the lizards that live on the front walk.

He most likely is now. We had to give him away when he was only a year old because the neighbors complained that he barked too much at night. He was only barking because there were these drunk teenagers that partied nearby our home. He was sent to a farm in Brazil where my step dad's friend lived. This happened over ten years ago so yeah I really do miss him.
