We have a place that has conveyer belt sushi,
and if you want something specific you order it with a fancy touch-screen menu
and then it's delivered on top of a car, fish, or surfboard! XD

I hate the ginger too. Another one of those things I'll never understand why some people like so much.

The sushi place I often go to has the conveyer belt too, you usually choose from whatever dishes are available on the belt, though if after six minutes you don't see what you want you can have the chef make it directly.

I like the place I go to because it has probably one of the cheapest prices for sushi and sashimi. Everything in the store is NTD$30 a plate, which is about a dollar in USD.

I had ginger as a garnish on a Wagamama's dish in Nottingham. Seemed to be what they garnished everything with. I'll admit that I had no idea what it was as it was pink. Once I ate a piece I knew, of course xD It was hot, but not so hot that you couldn't eat it, I really liked it. I wonder what they did to it to turn it pink.

Dye, I'll bet.
The restaurant I go to used to have them pink as well back when we first started going, but somewhere along the years they've changed it to plain yellow-ish, which I like better because it means that they're not artificially dyeing them colors...

Hehe, I guess I'm lucky that I just tried a sliver to see what it was, so was able to eat the rest with circumspection.
