O.o wow, I'm surprised by the responses on this thread. Where do you guys live and can I live with you?

See I'm a big girl (250 here,though I do play sports.) and I enjoy going out with skinner guys. Though my last boyfriend I had, he made me wish I was smaller. But when I asked him about my weight he said he enjoyed the fact that I wasn't small, and that I was his favorite cuddle buddy out of all the girls he's dated. (I'm actually talking to him right now XD).

I just can't date someone whose shorter then me. XD

@ Stormy1: Kitten's boyfriend is a jerk, but her plushiness is really the only thing he acts like he likes. Kitten can't date anyone shorter than her too... it's just weird. She'd also never date anyone younger than her.

I dont think theres anything wrong with it. I do see it and i never realy though about it but it is kinda strange but in some way its kinda cute when the girl is bone bigger and carrying around a skinny guy. But thats my way of thinking about it. But over all I dont think theres anything wrong with it

Frankly, it would bother me if my boyfriend weighed less than me. For one thing, I'd be concerned for his health, I mean, I'm tiny. I'm like 5'6"-5'8" and I only weigh 100 lbs. For another, it would make me feel fat. I know, that's ridiculous and I sound shallow, but I'm being honest with you. Really I don't think weight matters in a couple, I would date a guy skinnier than me if he really loved me and I loved him back.

well, for starters, i like girls and guys equally.

i have a boyfriend right now that i've had for about 2 years, and he's 2 years younger than me, and he's about 2-3 inches taller than me.


i weigh 119 and i'm 5'8 and he weighs 185 and he's 5'10-11.

i have absolutely no problem with him, his weight, or anything. he's a soccer player so he has huge legs, one is about as big around as my head hahaha.


he works himself wayyy too hard to get more fit, just because he eats a lot and he has a tiny bit of pudge. i think it's bs :D!

he likes me to be soft and squishy(even though i am freakishly skinny i still have squishy parts), yet he won't let me enjoy his soft and squishyness?

makes me sad for the world, really.

oh yeah, and i like girls that are a bit bigger than me. bones against bones hurt D:

I try not to think about that, I might start feeling guilty when I eat and I can't have that, I'm skinny enough already.

i eat like a pig and can't gain weight. i've slapped an anorexic girl once for commenting on how much i eat and that she was surprised i wasn't 'as fat as her'

i was like, how DARE you assume that i would ever want to waste food just because i'm skinny.

I agree. My parents think I don't eat enough, but trust me, I eat a LOT. My meals are irregular. I'll eat a lot for one meal and only eat a little the next. I guess they only see me eat the small meals.

i weigh more than my boyfriend (try 25lbs more-he's 145 and i'm 172) he loves it. he's one of those guys who LOVE big women (lowdown- he's 5'7" 145lbs, i'm i just found out 5'1" and 172lbs)
i like to too since he doesn't have that fear of breaking me if he's laying on me. and lucky for me he can support me if i'm on him. (he may be small. but he's not scrawny. he has a good amount of muscle tone to him)

Someone said on the last page, I think, that they couldn't date someone shorter than them.

And I couldn't either. But I'm only 5'1, so I don't see that as a problem any time soon. :lol:

I weigh like 117 so most guys weigh more than me.

But, really, when looking for a date, do guys go around saying "OMG YOU'RE 2.0134924 POUNDS MORE THAN ME! NOOOO!"? I really wasn't aware of this.

I was thinking of a more significant amount of weight than 2.whatever pounds. xD

If you wouldn't date someone who weighed two more pounds than you, then that would be pretty pathetically fucking shallow. :lol:

I don't think I've ever weighed more than my boyfriends, but I did date a guy that had only 2% body fat :o that was weird.

The guy I went out with today weighs like three pounds less than me, but personally it doesn't bother me.

Eh, people have their own preferences with everything. If a guy wants to date only thin girls, what's wrong with that? After dating only uggos for so long, I decided to never date an ugly or fat person again. Does that make me evil? A bad person?

There's a body type for everybody out there. All women are beautiful, and all guys are handsome, all in their own ways, and somebody somewhere will recognize that with you or me or even that weird cat lady that lives upstairs. I don't think any of you should be worrying about if you're fat or skinny or whatever, especially since it seems to only be dealing with something as shallow as your image. You should only worry about your weight if it's unhealthy. If you're healthy then there ain't much to worry about.

Of course that doesn't make you evil, or a bad person in any way at all. :)

Actually the weight you are in your preteen to teen years is in a bit of relation to how much you slept when you were a baby. Kitten's mom never let her sleep or fed her all the time when she was a baby, so she ended up getting a crappy matabolism, where in turn, her little sister is skinny as a toothpick and can eat the fridge and not gain weight... mom left her alone and actually let her sleep more and eat :P

Kitten's letting her son sleep and eat a lot, he's taller than 75% of the baby boys his age already :heart:

I'm also six feet tall, or almost.
I've been taller, and lighter then any guy I've ever dated. D: I just...can't gain weight. I loose it.
I don't look like a skeleton though, so I'm lucky. I wear my weight to look thin, but...not abnormally so. :3
My boyfriend prefers thinner dates, but he wont be like 'ewfat'. He dates for personality, like I do. c: Looks come as topping on the cake, and are only made more lovely by the personality beneath. Which is really comforting, because he's just generally so accepting of people because of it. I admire him. c:

I like skinny boys, but at my height and skeletal build...being 115 pounds would be pretty unhealthy. XD;; So I'd have to say it wouldn't bother me in he least if I had a boyfriend lighter than me.

See, I'm 5'11", pretty large frame. I think the lightest I could be and get away with it, given my height and body structure, is MAYBE 125-130 pounds. MAYBE.

Honestly, I might find it awkward if I was the lighter one in the relationship. I think I'd only be able to stand it if my partner was a girl. :sweat:
