xD I would! in fact if you were in my classical reading class it would be at least 3 books all together.
They count one book as 300 pages.

If you want it to count, go ahead and count it!
I freely admit that all my school textbooks have gone on my list.

@feyona - i have so many books on my shelves that i've bought and just haven't gotten the chance to read yet. D:
@jenova - i can eat fun quote books for breakfast. they're like little snacks between novels. XD
@springy - i am falling behind. D: a friend has distracted me from p&p with iron man. it's ridiculous how distracted i can get.
but i'll read some tonight! promise! i'm on chapter five now, i think.
@kat - matt is growing on me a little. i saw an interview and he seems enthusiastic enough. (and his hands move so much while he's talking it's hysterical) i just can't get over his hair, though. it's just, like, rpattz. only emo.
slapstick? D: ohnoes. but, man, journey's end made me cry. donna was my favourite companion of the new who. (well, after jack)
i don't think i will love any doctor more than dt. he was my first and will always be my favourite.
i didn't even notice that he had bare eyebrows until someone pointed it out to me. i don't notice them that much; i forget eyebrows a lot when i draw and a lot of times and people think i don't have eyebrows because they're so light. (strawberry blondish?) so i kind of ignore eyebrows? XD
gasp! an unread library book? shame. but yay for fire girl book. :3
srs bizniz indeed. (you'll love it, promise.)
@cherry - count it!
@jessie - maybe mr. mayor cosplay? XD
ps.
guys. GUYS. i went to the comic store today. (there was a choice of getting more than 2 hours of sleep or going to the comic store at 10 and sleeping can wait.)
i got three, THREE, out of print manga to finish some series (and finish the one company's printing of a manga before another company bought the rights and reprinted it all) and a multitude of issues of madame xanadu (the new printing) i had only had #1 before, so i got #3-5, both versions of #6, and the special covers of #1 & 2.
squee.
i think next time i got i will start getting classic stuff like IRONMAN and BATMAN and all those other -MANS. and stuff.
i'm adding classic geek to my repertoire. along with book-geek, nihon-geek, and alt-geek.
it is so weird. BLAME MY COWORKERS. they freaking told me about this place. XD

O.o why do Knerd and Spring look like Mr. Mayor?
Finished Huck Fin and a couple others. Started on Impulse by Ellen Hopkin, read it beofre but its pretty epic and one of my favorite books. Probley wont have time to read it because I have to study for Exams, specially for my A4 class that we (the school) didn't get to because we got evacuated >>.
I hate Mid Terms T_T
(BUT 4 DAY WEEKEND AS WE HAVE INAUGURATION OFF! : D )

Huh, what do you mean?
I'm so jealous that you get inauguration day off! Granted, I'm not in school right now, but I would kill to just be able to sit at home and watch all the news coverage. I'll probably be here on my computer slaving away to finish a couple of essaies before their due date, then packing so I can go back to school. Everything always happens at once!

O.o about what?
Yeah, the school district people met Monday and voted on it, because the roads will be crazy (Lives hour away from DC and all the bridges will be close so everything will be backed up). My friends trying to convince me to drive up there with her but I'm not that crazy to get up there >.> I'll stay home and watch it on the TV while studying. :D

Never mind.
Ah, it makes sense now. If I lived near DC, I probably wouldn't want to go out at all that day. Just get cozy inside and watch all the proceedings on the news.

I think I've hit a reading slump. I just don't seem to have the time anymore. All of my reading is for school. I haven't even finished the one book I got as a Christmas gift this year, and that's just ridonkulous for me!
What do you guys do when you need to make time for reading? Lock yourselves up in your room?

I actually tend to read during Class. When I get done with something and waiting for the class to finish I pull out my book and read. That and I read during my Creative Writing class to get inspired :D

@Knerd ~ Start deciding what I can cut out of my life to make time for it. Sometimes I just step away from the comp and choose a time span (30-60 minutes) to dedicate myself to it and just go.

I try to not do anything while laying in bed - My bed is for sleeping only. Anything else keeps me awake at night.
I think I'm just going to have to wait until life calms down a smidge. I like to enjoy reading, not cram it into my day. That's really my problem right now - Even if I do make time for reading, it just feels like I'm forcing it and I can't enjoy myself. And that's just too much of a shame.

Trust Me I am in a hunch with reading too. xD.
but its also cause I've moved on to finishing half the craft projects I've got going.
So it's not really a problem of being bored.
It's just me switching from one thing to another xD.

@Knerd: Usually I just read before class or work. Also I carpool with a friends three times a week so I have to wait, so there's time. Though if I really feel like reading a huge chunk of a book I tend to stay up late or get up early. Who needs sleep? xD

Hello everyone! I've just found a new series I want to read. Oddly enough, it came up in class. It's called The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy. It's considered to be an anti-novel. I hope I can get my hands on it soon.
